Upon check-in, only one towel was provided for our room. When we contacted the reception to request an additional towel, we were informed that we had to wait because the towels were still at the laundry shop.

While I understand operational limitations, having sufficient towels available for guests should be a basic standard. The situation was inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. I hope the hotel improves its inventory management to avoid this issue in the future.
