Pros:

My son had travelled from the UK via China and encountered charger problems. Once my don had checked in I reached out to the hotelbto see what they could do to help my don out. They went over and beyond to help my son out andbeven rung his room to make sure he was okay, then they let me know that he fine, as I was one worried mum. They were super friendly and incredibly helpful. Outstanding customer service ! Thank you so much for caring and going the extra mile for us... x

Очень чисто,комфортные номера, рядом большое количество магазинов и кафе, очень отзывчивый персонал , метро в 2 минутах от отеля, утром бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта. Останавливаюсь второй раз здесь и очень рекомендую

Pros:

The staff were very accomodating given I behaved poorly. The room was furnished with deodorant toothbrushes etc. however not everybody drinks white coffee, 7-11 across the road sells great coffee. All up I shall continue to stay if they will have me.

Cons:

A good smoking area would help, I never throw my butts on the ground but others do, its about respect.

Ok for one night.
Pros:

Man at the reception was very nice. The room was big, there was coffee and things like shampoo, shower gel, towels, etc. It was ok for a one night stay during a layover.

Cons:

There was no cover on the blanket on bed, just some thin sheet between the bed and the blanket. The walls are pretty thin, I woke up several times during the night.

The hotel is clean, quiet, all amenities are there, lotion, hair spray, hair dryer, clean toilet has a bathtub. In front of the hotel there is 7e, you can sit and hang out in front of 7e while eating maggi. In the morning there is free breakfast. The staff helps call a taxi to the Airport. Recommended hotel for those who want to be near the Airport. Thank you
