Pros:

Gostei muito da localização. Realmente é acessível à todos os pontos turísticos. Cama confortável e travesseiro confortável. O quarto estava sempre arrumado e com aspecto de limpo. As meninas da recepção eram bem simpáticas e gentis.

Cons:

Fiquei um pouco decepcionada com a entrada do hotel. Não tem uma entrada legal o que deixa com um aspecto não muito receptivo. Não gostei também da forma bem seca que o rapaz que fica na recepção nos recebeu. Ele não era muito simpático.

Perfect place for a perfect city
Pros:

Great location right in the middle of everything. The breakfast had a wide range of fruits, granola, cheese, meats, pastries, toast, omelette, beans… and more. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Wifi was perfect. We loved staying here.

Cons:

The first day trying to connect the doors up on my phone but after that it worked a dream.

Breve WE romano in inverno

Posizione perfetta e camera pulita ma non elegante, letto comodo e bagno essenziale.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato alle Clarisse ma dormito in un'altra ala del palazzo, quindi abbiamo dovuto salire ad un piano e poi scendere e risalire con i bagagli da un'altra parte. Avevo prenotato qui per evitare il solito tram tram degli arrivi ai B&B pensando fosse un hotel ma non lo è pienamente.
Colazione carina, ma sotto un gazebo in una terrazza interna mentre piove, per quanto il gazebo fosse riscaldato non è proprio ottimale a gennaio, forse meglio in estate. Personale affabile e disponibile ma un cornetto fresco me lo sarei aspettato ok il pane (confezionato) e burro e anche la proposta salata ma tutto veramente minimal.

Great location, but frustrating lack of service.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great - close to a taxi stand and most things that we wanted to see/do were within a 30-45 min walk.

Cons:

This hotel was more like a VRBO or AirBnB, not the full services of a hotel. The 'front desk' is only staffed for a small amount of hours. To get in you use an app on your phone (make sure your phone is charged and has data access). We are a relatively tech savvy family and still had some missteps. It was very nerve wrecking arriving after the front desk was closed (apparently at 7:30/8?) and with suitcases we had to get through three locked doors with an app. The process took about 30 minutes and it felt very much like an escape room. This might sound fun, but not when you're in a strange city at 9:30 at night with your child and suitcases. For this reason I would not stay in this hotel again. I prefer having 24/7 service/staff when I am paying that amount for a hotel. Additionally, it was not communicated to us where the hotel breakfast was served. It was in a different 'tower' which we didn't even know was part of our same hotel until day 3, so we didn't get to take advantage of this amenity.

Cons:

Os atendentes não falavam inglês, o que tornava o atendimento complicado, especialmente porque tudo precisava ser solicitado diretamente a eles, já que os itens não ficavam disponíveis para as pessoas se servirem. Café da manhã com poucas opções e sem diversidade.
