Il servizio è stato eccezionale. La colazione alla mattina era veramente buona e alla sera (dopo aver già effettuato il checkout) ci hanno permesso comunque di usare una camera che non era presa per fare la doccia prima di prendere il night bus.Veramente gentili

The superior room is actually so spacious. The free breakfast offers really delicious meals. Staff is super nice.
The bed was a bit hard for my liking but still had a good sleep.

It was the best hotel that I was in Cambodia
we did not like anything
1. Room - the door to the room (entrance) had a padlock. We felt insecure and very inconvenient. The layout to the room was not appropriate, you open the door and it leads right into the bed which was only 2 feet away. Also there was no privacy unless you closed the curtains since anyone sitting outside could see clearly into your room. They would only change the linens and clean your room upon request. The TV didn't work - no signal!
2. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner : the buffet breakfast was very limited and cold. Fleas were on the fruit which was not fresh. The coffee was cold and we requested that they heat it up they gave us a bad look. The meat ( bacon/sausage) was uncooked and the bread was dry and stale. Nothing on the menu matched the meal - I ordered Pad Thai and the dish had flat noodles and was extremely bland. When I complained to the waitress she stated that "this is how we make it" The french fries were cold and tasted terrible. We also ordered coconut water which was on the menu. We waited 15 minutes and the waitress had not served it to us. When we asked her about our drinks, she stated that they didn't have any coconut water. My wife ordered amok fish and it was extremely sweet. We also had to request the utensils and napkins. The staff didn't seem to care whatsoever. No manager/owner on site.
3. WARNING : There is an old man that works at the property and he is the Tuk Tuk driver. We asked him to take us to a restaurant which was less that 1 mile away - he charged us $5.00 for the round trip. When I told him that grab would have only charged $1.50 or $2.00 for the ride, he would not negotiate and demanded $5.00 which we paid him.

We did not like the pool or the rooms. The pool is not meant for people to swim. They have not clean that pool for years. The room smell, mosquitoes, and no hot water. The way we lock the room made us feel like we was in jail. The picture on the website was very deceiving.

Tuvimos que irnos antes del hotel ya que no se podía dormir en la cama, el colchón estaba roto, muy duro y además tenia insectos dentro que no nos dejaron dormir.
