great choice if you need to relax and refreshing

Location is good & decent hotel but the inside/ room need to be cleaned well specially with the price they charged you sofa had a lot dirty food stained every where .

Old building. Got an executive room with a bad wifi and hot water was trouble. The food variation is much but not in a good taste. Staff was friendly.

The staff were so nice and couldn't do enough to help , the food was top quality . The view was amazing the place was very clean with all the comfort of being at home . I think the staff need more wages.

Linen was dirty. Poll was also dirty.

Very nice hotel in a secluded location making it very quite for rest and relaxation.

Very disapointing, the balcony cannot be open, less light maybe because for electricity efficiency. Need to renovated.

The quality equal to prize

The hotel is a run down hotel with a lot of broken things such as broken lift (only one is working), damaged/missing reading lights not getting replaced, moldy bathrooms and hotel entrance full of pot holes. As a result of broken lift people had to wait for quite a long time to get into the ground floor and vice versa.


The worst thing is 40% of the tenants are non-hotel residents as such there were around 20 people staying at the 2 bedroom suite across from us and there is nothing that the hotel staff can do to prevent that as that room is owned individually.

Marbella Suite claimed that it is a 5 star hotel and Expedia gave it a 4 star hotel. This is definitely not true. I would probably give a 1 star hotel.

No internet access from room, gym looks fine but management said is under maintenance (can't use it), only one lift is function since months, no water for some period.

-tv cable received bad signal
-breakfast menu was very typical

My room was out of electricity . After complaining to the reception counter , it took 30 minutes for the maintenance guy to come over my room to fix it.

we stayed in low season, room were clean and service were fast and awesome as well

it was good, only the road to the hotel at some location is broken

Stayed in executive suite for 1 night, the room is large enough for 4 of us, the view from 15th floor is beautiful at night, many high end cafes in the surrounding area. Try to visit the valley, stone cafe etc.

Stayed for 1 night on April with my friends, if you looking for a quite, top service hotel with fantastic view in bandung, Marbella Bandung will suit your needs. The price is also reasonable, good breakfast also.The room is clean and beds are comfortable. The surrounding dago pakar area is beautiful with many high end cafes such as the valley, stone cafe and selaras coffee bar. Rent a car is needed for ease in travelling, u can reach this hotel thru Juanda road from Cihampelas. Very easy to find, look for road sign
