l'organisation, j'ai recu en amont les éléments pour mon arrivée tardive, les codes et les clés m'attendaient comme convenu, le parking est accessible facilement

Cons:

malgré le fait d'avoir signalé que qu'aucune télévision ne fonctionnait, qu'il n'y avait pas de lumière dans la chambre et que la chasse d'eau fuyait, la personne qui m'a dit s'en occuper a oublié.
2 jours sans lumière, TV avec un bruit d'eau qui coule en permanence... séjour et nuitée compliquée
Je ne parle même pas du bruit des voisins jusque plus de 23h

L’emplacement, le cadre. L’amabilité du personnel, ils fluidifient notre arrivée et notre départ

Cons:

J’avais demandé un lit double j’ai obtenu 2 lits simples, tache sur le drap, chauffe serviette qui ne fonctionne pas. La propreté en général laisse à désirer

Ce qui nous a déplu c'est l'acompte de 250euros qui est débité sur notre compte qu'ils font a notre arrivée et recréditer 7 jours plus tard.

Le calme, le parking, la literie.

Cons:

Propreté insuffisante pour moi,, la robinetterie qui fuit, la petite TV, le petit déjeuner trop cher par rapport au choix et à la qualité des produits proposés (café payant en plus du petit déjeuner).

site parfait, aucune déception
Pros:

appartement très bien équipé, spacieux, tout est vraiment très bien conçu, aucun regret d'avoir choisi cet hotel

Cons:

Il faudrait un signalement plus franc pour arriver à l'hotel, avons eu un peu de difficulté à le trouver, mais un peu responsable aussi n'ayant pas installé le Gps

Cons:

L'accueil déplorable de l’hôtesse. De plus en décembre nous avions trouvé notre clé de chambre prépayée à disposition du premier qui passe dans le hall d'accueil. Pas un contact en amont notamment pour avoir le code d'accès du portail ou portillon fermés à notre arrivée. La douche est nauséabonde depuis plusieurs mois, tâches de sang sur les serviettes de toilette. Les distributeurs de savon ne sont pas fixés sur le support mural.
