Really great location and comfortable place
Pros:

The location was marvellous, the staff are very nice and helpful and the hotel is really well connected with the city centre

Cons:

I found ants coming out from the sub floor near the bathroom’s door, I did not bring any food to the room and it was not pleasant to see at all also the same door was peeling off

Lokacija je savršena, hotel ima besplatan parking, tramvajska stanica je 3 min pješke od hotela, tako da auto nismo ni koristili, već smo se služili s tramvajem. Osoblje je odlično, na raspolaganju su za sva pitanja. Doručak korektan. Sobe su izuzetno, svaki dan se pospremaju.

Cons:

Izolacija u sobama je loša. Sve se čuje iz susjednih soba, čak i kad pričaju.

L’hotel non è male. Sembra pulito. Abbastanza comodo per l’aeroporto se hai la macchina. Cena discreta

Parquet che era già rovinato al mio ingresso. Onestamente mi ha molto scocciata questo atteggiamento.

Always a pleasure
Pros:

We have a problem with a heater in our room around 11.30pm, and they upgrade us in a bigger room, same floor, much more warmer.
Filippo , we think the name has been really helpful.
For sure we will come back shortly.

Hospitality to be addressed
Pros:

Neat and clean hotel. Warm welcome, friendly staff.

Cons:

The male receptionist while checking out. Looked very annoyed and bored while we were leaving. It seemed like the person either doesn't like the job or lacks the necessary knowledge of hospitality. No professional attitude and behavior towards the guest. 0 out of 10 for him. Staff was good but smile was not on every face.
