Pros:

This property is been placed in the most desirable location in the city. This Occupies location near this large development to benefit from existing infrastructure. Near metro station and lots of eateries in this location (Near Triplicane). I would to make this hotel in my priority list when I am staying in chennai in future. They are very responsive front desk staffs. I would like to mention particularly Mr.Kiran and Mr.Annanmalai for their hospitality and making my stay and enjoyable and comfortable.

It still was a pleasant stay with great service of the staff, location and food.
Pros:

Superb food at the 2 restaurants, location of the hotel and prompt response of the staff when we asked for a change of room. Restaurant at the hotel had good food and it was easy to get food during the rainy weather the last few days. The location was great no traffic jam at the vicinity and we can get auto or cab easily. The staff readily helped us change the room we were in cos of the odour and bad wifi signal.

Cons:

Wifi was not very good in the rooms. The cleanliness could have been better
