Pros:

Camera pulita e molto spaziosa. Il personale cordiale e disponibilissimo. Abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e abbiamo mangiato sempre ottime cose.

Pros:

Our Double Room was comfortable, big and clean. The reception is helpful and nice.

The spa area offers comfortable niches to relax and is quite big. And there is a nice whirlpool in the pool area. The pool is quite spacious too.

Cons:

The service people at the breakfast room / restaurant weren’t welcoming at all. We got the impression that we somehow offended them but couldn’t figure out how. They showed others the breakfast buffet but observed us figuring it out by ourselves. We found out on our second morning, that they offered freshly made pancakes to others. They didn’t asked if we want coffee or dessert after our dinner in the hotel restaurant.
To sum up, it seemed like they don‘t like non Italian guests.

If you want to use the wellness and pool area, you can‘t bring the towels of your room. You have to pay 2€/ towel / day in the spa area or bring your own towels. (they also rent swimming caps, which are required in the pool, bathrobes and slippers).

Hotel eccezionale Staf di accoglienza e animazione ok inoltre molto carino il fatto che per quanto abbiamo potuto notare ogni sera si tiene un cabaret molto carino , servizio navetta gratuito eccellente tutto il
personale veramente simpatico e cordiale . Siamo state benissimo se ci sarà occasione torneremo . Abbiamo soggiornornato per due notti io e mia figlia e ci siamo godute tutti i confort dell hotel compresa la spa .... peccato ripartire
