Great location, but comes with issues which may affect your health and stay.
Pros:

I’ll start by saying I have stayed in significantly worse places. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was hot and powerful. The room was large, with a fridge and a kettle. And the window seats, had the weather been better, would’ve been absolutely delightful to sit and read on with the window open. The location is absolutely fantastic for ease of access to transport and Istiklal Street.

Cons:

Now onto the issues. You enter the hotel through an Irish bar, this presents issues in that certainly on the Friday and Saturday nights when I was there, loud music (sometimes live) and the associated noises with people drinking, continued until around 3 am. No earplugs were provided.

In addition to this the bar presents another issue in that the cigarette smoke, as people are allowed to smoke inside, drift up the communal stairwell and into the bedrooms. If you turn your heater/cooler on this increases the smoke so I assume it must be drawing air from somewhere inside the building.

The shower is mouldy with the walls deteriorating, and the water overflow in the shower tray very quickly flooding the bathroom. The room safe didn’t work, but I didn’t request assistance with that as it would’ve just highlighted that I required it for something valuable. Let’s not mention the skid marks in the toilet when I first arrived to my room 🤦🏻‍♀️

Overall, I put up with the cons as I had paid a reduced rate for the room, however, had I been paying a full amount I would’ve been most disappointed and would have raised my concerns.

Τοποθεσία ,ευρύχωρα δωμάτια ,διακόσμηση ,η ευγένεια της καινούργιας διαχειρίστριας ,πολύ καλή τιμή

Cons:

Η θέρμανση δεν λειτουργούσε καλά αλλά αμέσως μας έφεραν ένα κινητό σώμα θέρμανσης
Ο γνωστός θόρυβος από τα club της περιοχής αλλά για να πας εκεί ξέρεις την κατάσταση

Pros:

Great location, very nice staff, nice pub with indoor smoking, lift to the hotel room, ideal for a group of young people who want to discover the city and party.

Cons:

Somewhat noisy, no breakfast option, no water (wc and douche) for a couple of hours.

Et ekstremt bråkete hotell som føltes mer som en nattklubb, og som jeg verken vil returnere til eller anbefale.

Alt i alt var opplevelsen veldig skuffende. Det føltes ikke som et hotell, men mer som en nattklubb. Jeg fikk ikke sove i det hele tatt fordi det var altfor høy musikk fra flere nattklubber i nærheten. Mye unødvendig støy hele natten. Jeg kommer aldri til å booke dette hotellet igjen, og jeg kan absolutt ikke anbefale det til andre.

Ok oplevelse - mangler små forbedringer
Pros:

God lokation. Rart med flere håndklæder man kunne gøre brug af. Personalet den sidste dag var utrolig rar. Han gjorde alt i sin magt for at hjælpe os med transport til lufthavnen, det var rart og betryggende.

Værelset er isoleret for den høje musik på gaden om fredagen og lørdagen, dog vil jeg anbefale at man tager nogle ørepropper med, hvis man er lyd sensitiv. Værelset er dejlig mørkt, når man skal sove.

Cons:

Vi boede på værelset med to separate senge. Sengene var ikke behagelige desværre, det synes jeg godt man kan gøre noget ved, i en by som Istanbul og kvarter som Beyoğlu, hvor man går rigtig meget og har brug for en behagelig seng til når man kommer hjem med trætte ben.

Emplacement, situation géographique

Cons:

Hôtel au dessus d’un bar, impossible de dormir avant 3h du matin à cause de bruit. Réceptionniste extrêmement peu présente. Absence de wifi. Aucune solution pertinente ne nous a été proposé et refus de remboursement de la chambre pour pouvoir loger ailleurs.
