Loved the stay and the staff was amazing and super nice.

Cons:

Only thing I was displeased with was the mandatory trousers rule for some restaurants. For a beach hotel this was strange at a minimum.
But even denying my entrance was exceptionally handled by the staff.

Tiene un parking muy pequeño que nunca hay sitio y te tienes que buscar la vida para aparcar.
A partir de las cinco de larde no hay servicio de comida en las habitaciones.
A la 6.30 de la mañana,las hamacas de la piscina ya están ocupadas por toallas vacías.
A las 8 de la mañana todos los días el personal de limpieza,te despiertan ya que están a voces por los pasillos.
Para finalizar hotel orientado claramente para turistas extranjeros.

A nice location
Pros:

We only stayed at this hotel for one day, but we already have an opinion.

The breakfast was good, the grounds are beautiful, green, and full of shady areas. The hotel is very close to the beach and the dunes.

We were lucky to attend the White Friday event, where guests from this hotel are taken to a nearby hotel of the same chain. There was a fun party with free alcoholic drinks, go-go dancers, and entertainment. We really enjoyed it.

Cons:

What we didn't like was the family room. It has two bedrooms but only one bathroom. The toilet has a solid door, but the shower is very large and enclosed only by a glass door. Even worse, there is no door separating the bathroom area from the rest of the room. This means that anyone walking through the room can immediately see the shower, making it impossible to have any privacy. Considering that families may have children of different genders or even adult children, this is a very poor design. We were very disappointed with this layout.

A lovely clean modern hotel great location
Pros:

A return visit , I love their pool rooms ( always ask for 1102-20 for private side , otherwise your own pool room can face onto a communal pool with children playing and the main path to the beach).
Lovely food selection breakfast and dinner. Even though it’s buffet the food is hot and large variety tasty.
I visited the spa for manicure good experience- there a gym and spa and indoor pool area and another smaller outdoor pool at the back of the complex.
There a gate out of the hotel garden that leads you directly onto the beach by the lighthouse and a boardwalk to restaurants and some small shops, plus the boardwalk to the Maspalomas Dunes.
Highly recommend and would return.
Very clean hotel and friendly staff.

Wspaniały relaks w luksusowym hotelu
Pros:

W pierwszej kolejności należy wspomnieć o personelu zarówno na recepcji, jak również sprzątającym. Wykonywana praca była zawsze perfekcyjna, a do tego wszyscy byli niezwykle uprzejmi i kulturalni. Nie zdarzyło się, aby ktoś nie przywitał się i uśmiechnął.
Hotel jest też bardzo elegancji, niesamowite wrażenie robi przestronne i nowoczesne lobby, a pokoje piękne i nowocześnie urządzone.
Jeżeli chodzi o kuchnię, to naprawdę rzadko się zdarza, aby serwowano tak różnorodne i smaczne posiłki Warta polecenia jest też restauracja Botanica, z której skorzystaliśmy ze znajomymi.
Hotel jest też bardzo czysty, o każdej porze można zastać personal sprzątający bądź nadzorujący, czy wszystko działa. Na uwagę zasługuje rownież olbrzymi ogród, w którym można podziwiać roślinność i wsłuchać się w śpiew ptaków.

Cons:

Zaznaczam, że to nie wpływa na całościową ocenę, ale uważam, że chociaż jeden basen powinien być głębszy, a ćwiczenia takie jak aqpagym powinny być prowadzone przez nieco bardziej wykwalifikowanych instruktorów, bo ten Pan, który prowadził sprawiał wrażenie przypadkowego. Ponadto ćwiczenia w wodzie powinny być częściej. Nie rozumiem dlaczego odbywały się co drugi dzień i jeszcze w weekendy nic się nie odbywało.

Buen hotel pero un precio demasiado alto para lo que ofrece.
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien y limpia. A destacar el baño y la ducha, que era enorme.

Cons:

Los precios de las bebidas son excesivamente caros. No tienen servicio de comidas.

Aún estando muy bien el hotel, creo que es muy caro para lo que ofrece (que no es malo, pero por ese precio debería de ser mucho mejor).
