Pros:

Amazing garden, full of palm trees that keep the temperature cool. Nice staff, spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast and dinner, with diverse options.

Cons:

The water at the beach is full of rocks. No fault of the hotel, of course, but it's not easy to swim and enjoy, particularly during low tide.

Nice but overrated
Pros:

Location is great and staff is friendly. Breakfast is plentiful.

Cons:

Not sure how this qualifies as a five star hotel: room service stops at five, the parking was full and I had to park at the bus station, the shower drain in the room was plugged and maintenance had to come. The rooms are ok but smallish and not really luxurious. Seems more of a nice resort hotel for people coming on a package holiday than a real five-star hotel.

Vacaciones maravillosas
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos,maravilloso hotel, pero aun mejor es el gran equipo que lo forman, nos hacen sentirnos muy especiales, atentos, amables cariñosos y muy profesionales, Micaela, Zuzana,Lucía de recepción, que tuvieron un detallazo con repecto a la habitacion, a todo el personal del comedo, super atentos en todo, el bufet de altísima calidad, y sobre todo mencionar a mi querida Arminda y a Paco, no se puede ser mas amables y sobre todo cariñosos.

Gracias por hacer de nuestras vacaciones un lujo en todos los aspectos

Loved the stay and the staff was amazing and super nice.

Cons:

Only thing I was displeased with was the mandatory trousers rule for some restaurants. For a beach hotel this was strange at a minimum.
But even denying my entrance was exceptionally handled by the staff.
