Remote for tv didn’t work - had to swap it with a remote we found downstairs (which worked) as couldn’t find staff to help us

More of a pub/bar vibe than a hotel but staff super friendly and the room was spacious and clean. Couldn’t fault them!
Wasn’t a reception as such but was always a member of staff around who would assist you.
The hotel was in an ideal location, 10/15 mins in an uber to Albert Dock £10/12. The hotel was very quiet, which was a lovely waking up to hear birds chirping.
The staff which were on that weekend were so friendly and helpful, the girl gave us a great recommendation for an Indian restaurant on the Dock and it was honestly amazing. It was the Delhi House, its a must if you like Indian food.
There is also parking on site which is a great bonus, not a huge carpark but you can get 5/6 cars in there and there are only 8 rooms so I can't see parking ever been an issue.

The window in the bathroom was plain glass! not to much of an issue we just had to ensure to keep the blind down at all times!
The room was clean and was quite big. We enjoyed the quality of the bathroom and the great staff as well. They were very helpful and friendly. With the bar in house and the entire hotel decorated in LFC style we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We would come back.

Stayed during heat wave and could have done with more opening windows or ceiling fans. But is was a heatwave in the UK which is always a sticky night in Liverpool.

Great location for watching a gig at anfield
Room wasn’t clean, bedding wasn’t clean. Paid over £500 for a room that the following day was £50. Breakfast not included either.
