Friendly staffs are considered amidst those overlooked minor details.
Pros:

The staffs are nice

Cons:

Property are outdated. Bathrooms aren’t clean. Bed sheets and towels have stains. Had problem locking the main door. Maintenance staffs wasn’t able to figure out the problem. Musty smell on some areas.

Only 2 complimentary sachets of coffee and creamer in room, had to request more each day and they would only supply 2 at a time, more an inconvenience than a complaint.

Centralt beliggenhed i forhold til seværdighederne.

Cons:

Hotellet er gammelt. Inventaret trænger til modernisering.

Good food selection for brekkie and the restaurant food was also good

Cons:

The deluxe room with 2 beds allows only 2 people and have to.pay an extra bed for a child. Its suppose to be for a family because its 2 double beds. If its 2 single beds then its ok for 2 people, but its 2 double beds.

Great hotel stay.
Pros:

Great stay for 3 days over Christmas- Location, cleanliness , breakfast, staff are all wonderful. Very convenient quiet location, Walking distance to the surrounding tourists spots- wright park, mansion house, mines view, botanical garden . Also to country club and John hay areas for walkers. Restaurants, st Joseph Catholic Church, convenience stores nearby. Room is very comfortable and spacious. Staff are nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved it! Def coming back here.
Pros:

The place looks like a straight-outa-fairytale. The staffs are very friendly! Specially the guards. I wasnt just happy abt when we were having breakfast for the crews collecting plates while we were still eating, they could have at least waited for us to finish eating.

Hotel is very good the only issue is the room.

The confusion of the room rate. I booked for twin room with the double bed. We are family of 4, with 2 kids one is 8 yrs old and 15.I really thought that we are good at the room i choosed but it happen that its only for 2 pax? I was so confused that i need to pay extra eventhough its says 2 double bed (not 2single bed). How come its only for 2 people but its obviously it can fit 2 each in one bed.
