The staff are friendly and helpful. This is the second time we’ve been here. It’s convenient to go to our ride going to our province. We definitely come back again for this hotel is affordable.

The bathroom was terrible. Sink had no water. There were crawling cockroaches during the night.

Best reason I stay is that it's near to malls and have an amazing location.
Allll the employees are polite and respectful.
Check in time is so flexible.
The rooms are clean.
I tried all their rooms in my less than a week stay.
The beddings is not too old compared to other hotels nearby.
Clean bed and comfortable not to soft or firm.
Just right.
Last time I requested additional pillow and they gave me 2 and it was clean to the point that I actually smell downy fab on it which is great.
They are accomodating in ny needs and request.
They have mineral water available in the hallway ( i did not drink though ) looks presentable anyway and have covers on it.
Room have a ready toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and soap kit.
The room doesn't have microwave, fridge but I am fine with that since I only stay to sleep.
No netflix, though they provide free wifi anyway so I use my own gadget and phones for this.
This hotel is small and very quiet too.
Simply cozy place to stay.
I recommend.
Will definetly book again.

The staff is very professional. The blanket is quite thin - not suited if your aircon is strong. Overall stay is considerate and modest.

I love the daily breakfast, lots of choices. The staff are excellent. The only issue I have is the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I have addressed the issue with the cleaning lady but it didn’t totally eliminate the problem. It would probably work if I can close the bathroom window, but I can’t in room 301.
