Pros:

El desayuno estaba rico

Cons:

La habitación Olía mal
Éramos 3 y sólo 2 paños y un jabón.
Para manipular el abanico había q brincar porque no se llega a los cables.
La cama pequeña únicamente tenía una sábana, no había cobija y en la noche es un lugar frío.
Parece que quieren servir poca comida en el desayuno. Nadie preguntó que nos había parecido el hotel a nuestra salida.

Hotel bonito y cómodo, rodeado de naturaleza y con atención excepcional
Pros:

Buenas habitaciones, muy cómodas y acogedoras. El entorno lleno de naturaleza es increíble, se pueden observar muchas aves en el hotel, lo que hace la experiencia aún más especial. La atención del personal fue excepcional en todo momento y la comida deliciosa. Hay senderos y zonas para caminar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Es un lugar con gran potencial que definitivamente vale la pena conocer.

Charming hotel in a beautiful setting
Pros:

Beautiful grounds, spacious and well designed rooms, friendly staff, refreshing pool, fresh fruit and squeezed juice at breakfast.

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay, but a few things could be improved. The staff is small and an English speaker is not always available. At check-in they did not explain the WiFi, and the information was not in the book in the room. They also did not mention that the main gate is locked at 10pm; we returned at midnight and no one answered the phone. Luckily our local friend thought to try a secondary entrance.
Private patio had no furniture, just a bench facing away from the beautiful garden.
Bedroom lighting is a bit harsh; lightbulbs with a warmer color temperature would fix that.
More attention could be paid to cleaning (our extra bed had some debris and small hairs on it), and I suggest finding cleaning fluids that don’t leave an unpleasant smell. These small things would make the nice rooms more welcoming.
