Pros:

Wieder alles Tip Top. Personal ist freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet super. Alles sauber und ordentlich.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war auf 18 Grad eingestellt, als ich anreiste. Hätte nicht so kalt sein müssen.

Definitely a good choice, excellent with price and quality.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, they were so human I loved my stay it is a very safe neighborhood, close to zoo station. Breakfast with different options fresh and delicious!!!!

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten gelegen. Ein paar wenige Schritte laufen, und man kommt mit der S-Bahn/U-Bahn überall hin.
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, dass Frühstück ausreichend und auch dort waren die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug, dass Bad ebenso.
Unser Zimmer war zum Hinterhof gelegen, so war es sehr ruhig und angenehm. Aber auch vom Hotel selbst war kaum etwas zu hören (keine Türen wurden zugeknallt und auch kein anderer störender Lärm).
Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Berlin und haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Wie in den meisten Hotels auch, fehlt es an Trockenmöglichkeiten für die Duschtücher.
Außerdem sind die Haartrockner nicht als solche zu betiteln. Ich bin sehr froh, das ich kurze Haare habe!
Auch der Kühlschrank war nicht wirklich kalt, hat aber die Getränke ganz leicht heruntergekühlt.

Hotel contemporáneo con arte y buen desayuno
Pros:

Diseño moderno, personal amable, cama cómoda y tranquila cuando da sobre la parte luminosa de atrás, muy buen desayuno con platos caseros como Bircher Muesli recién hecho, zumos frescos de jengibre, limón, … prensa del día y decoración de flores naturales! todo muy recomendable! Cercanía de paseos a pie a muchas atracciones turísticas, Gedächtnis-Kirche, Ku‘damm, Bahnhof ZOO …

Cons:

El acceso en coche, muy complicado aparcar para descargar … mejor directamente dejar el coche en el aparcamiento al lado en la misma calle a 20 metros. Consultar previamente con el hotel.

O café da manhã, a cama e os travesseiros eram ótimos! A equipe do hotel, em especial a recepcionista Luisa, eram todos muito educados e gentis!

Cons:

A luz do banheiro ficava piscando ao acender e não tinha como ajustar a temperatura do quarto por conta própria, era necessário solicitar a recepção
