Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Zwei Nächte haben wir im Zimmer 108 verbracht. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel haben wir aber echt mehr erwartet. Beim Putzen gab es ziemliche Probleme: Das Zimmer war einfach nicht richtig sauber, da haben das Zimmermädchen und der Supervisor wohl nicht richtig aufgepasst. Es hat auch einiges gefehlt: Wir waren zu zweit, hatten aber nur einen Bademantel und ein Paar Hausschuhe. Außerdem waren die Sachen im Bad (wie Shampoo und Seife) nicht aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück war ganz okay, aber das Personal war wirklich super.

Premium Zimmer für 4 Nächte
Pros:

-Betten für uns gut, 2 Kissen sind incl
,Dusche sehr gut
-Frühstück gut, für 25 E Luft nach oben, 1x in Anspruch genommen
-Die Freundlichkeit aller MA, besonders der jungen Dame bei der wir eingecheckt haben, großes Dankeschön, dadurch fühlten wir uns willkommen.und wohl

Cons:

-Der kleine Zimmerzuschnitt mit dem Bad und der Schiebetür hat uns gar nicht gefallen, kannten wir bisher auch nicht
-Keine bzw. unpraktische / ungemütliche Sitzmöbel, der große Stuhl unmöglich, bitte austauschen, eine ältere Person kommt da gar nicht wieder hoch...nimmt auch zuviel Platz weg, ist zu schwer....
-Frühstücksraum nüchtern und kalt, zu enge Plätze, sorry, aber da ist es beim Bäcker gemütlicher, Preis zu hoch

Gute Ausstattung

Cons:

Etliche Schrauben an Spiegel Halterung und Toiletten Papier Halterung waren locker. Kosmetikspiegel konnte nicht Feststellung nicht fixiert werden.
Am Spiegellicht war Glühbirne defekt.

Beim nächsten Aufenthalt bringe ich bissl Werkzeug mit.

Tolles Hotel für Städtetrip
Pros:

Super Lage, da wir im Theater des Westens waren (2 Minuten zu Fuß)
Schönes neues Zimmer und schönes Bad
Mega Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch gepresstem Saft, auf Wunsch frisch zubereitetem Omelett etc.
Kostenlose Parkplätze am WE um die Ecke

İyi Bir Konaklamaydı
Pros:

Premium Odada üç gece konakladık. Havaalanından S9 treni ile direk olarak Zoologischer Garten istasyonuna gelip 5 dakikalık yürüyüşle otele ulaşabilirsiniz. Otelin konumu mükemmel, Berlin’de her yere buradan kolayca gidebilirsiniz. Tüm otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. İşlemler çok hızlı yapılıyor. Odamız çok büyük değildi ama istediğimiz her şey vardı. Buzdolabı, kahve ve çay makinası, dolap, rahat bir yatak. Banyo oldukça küçük ama yine de bir kaç gece için uygun sayılır. Kahvaltıyı çok beğendik, özellikle mutfakta taze pişirilen yiyecek çeşitleri gayet iyi. Biz her sabah omlet sipariş ettik. Temizlik mükemmeldi. Otel çevresinde çok şık dükkanlar var. Sonuçta bu oteli seçtiğimiz için pişman olmadık.

Cons:

Banyonun sürgülü kapısı maalesef çok kötü, tam olarak kapanmıyor. Daha iyi bir çözüm bulunmalı.
