Pros:

Le propriétaire est très agréable et à l'écoute.
La literie est très bien. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres. Les wc sont séparés. Parking sur place et emplacement idéal pour visiter l'IUT.
Un vrai petit-déjeuner !! Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !!
