The hotel is located on a Bluff overlooking the ocean. with outstanding views. Ben the manager/owner was very accommodating. The hotel is spotless. We would come and stay here again.

Pasemos solo la noche la habitación estaba muy cómoda. Le faltaba algo de mantenimiento a la ducha del baño.
El tema fue como llegar, el navegador nos llevó por detrás por un camino que cada vez estaba menos señalizado y que en la noche parecía que llevaba a la nada.
Igual el hotel está alejado pero el camino que va por el frente es mejor. Y la vista del mar es fantástica.

Amazing place with a incredible sea views, and very friendly staff. The only question to improve, to have a restaurant for customers in the hotel (All the restaurats are far away and you need car)

Un po’ isolato

Ubicación excelente. Paisajes preciosos. Acceso algo problemático, pero compensa por disfrutar del bosque Vasco. Recomendable.

A little isolated but a fabulous location perched high up above Laga beach with stunning views out to sea and across the estuary to Mundaka.The brekfast was excellent value for money and the wide choice accomodated all tastes.Our only complaint was the lack of furniture for the size of the room and the the badly designed wash basin and tap.Also the shower cubicle was a little cramped and had a leak.The location,friendliness of the owner and staff and oveall ambience and amenities more than made up for minor inconveniences.

Spa can be reserved, so you have private wellness. We had also massage, was good too.

Beautiful setting, amazing views. Rooms are nice but could be in better condition (e.g. walls looked a bit dirty, could do with repainting). Staff are nice and helpful, but had to wait quite a long time to check in as there was no one in reception and our room wasn't ready when we arrived. Spa facilities well worth a visit.

La situation de l'hotel est excellente mais quelque peu isolée : Une très belle vue sur les hauteurs.
Pas de bar ou de service de restauration hormis le petit déjeuner. Et le midi et le soir, obligation de descendre en voiture aux plages voisines.

Chambre très simple : pas de coffre, pas de mini bar, pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire. Pas grand chose en fait. Un rideau est tombé pendant la nuit. Pile mortes pour la télécommande de la climatisation. il a fallu switcher les piles entre la télécommande de la climatisation et celle du téléviseur. En soi ce n'est pas bien grave. Toutefois quand j'ai signalé à la reception le pb de rideau et de télécommande, la personne à l'accueil n'en a pas fait grand cas et ça c'est plus inquiétant. Au fond, l'experience client importe peu.

Après les hotels que nous avons fréquentés dans les pyrénées, à San Sebastian ou à Getaria, c'est Cher, très cher, trop cher pour la prestation de façon générale. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit et n'y reviendrons pas.
