Great location, clean, and friendly but a hard mattress

Clean room and really friendly staff -- and the excellent location

Cons:

The bed was so hard that I had two bad nights. I've been staying at this hotel for years, but the last two times I stayed, I had beds that were miserably hard. Most recently, I was unable to sleep due to the very uncomfortable mattress. It's such a shame -- this hotel would be great if only the beds were half decent. (note to Nevers: you might have a look at mattresses at other similarly priced hotels such as Ibis.)

La salle refaite à neuf à l'endroit où l'on prend le petit déjeuner . Petit déjeuner bien

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très cher, ménage à revoir à la hausse +++
Oreillers très très mous.
Odeur de chien en face de notre chambre et très mal insonorisé par rapport au couloir ( portes de chambre qui claquent)
Pas de machine à café dans la chambre
