Hakone Hisui

ウエルカムドリンクは2本しか無かった。二泊したので、4本欲しいかったです。来年も泊まりたいです

一泊の滞在でしたが4回も温泉に入ってのんびりと過ごせました。
朝食が美味しかったです。

清潔感も有り、とても素敵な宿でした。
建物の作りが中庭を囲んでいて、出来れば中庭側のお部屋が良かったです。
（今回は外周側）
1番 気に入ったのが夕食、朝食共に
サービス含め大変満足のいくお料理でした。
食事に夢中で写真が上手く撮れませんでしたが載せておきます。
温泉も綺麗で良かったです。
お湯はサラッとした感じです。

家族でファミリータイプのお部屋（4人部屋）に宿泊しました。
部屋も広く、部屋のお風呂も大浴場も全体的に清潔で快適でした。
4人部屋ということでしたが、リビングのソファが2人掛け＋1人用チェアだったので少し困りましたが、洗面所のイスで代用しました^^;
朝食は決められた時間にメニューの中から選ぶタイプでしたが、和食も洋食もパンケーキもどれも美味しかったです！

箱根の宿泊先の一番のお気に入りです。
静かなたたずまいは勿論のこと、従業員の皆様の接客にもとても満足しています。
ここにお邪魔させていただくと、いつも時間がゆったりと流れていく感じが致します。
また、お邪魔させて頂きます。

大満足でした。また来たいです。

会員制ホテルだけに、年配の常連客、家族旅行客が多い印象でした。温泉宿でレストランでゆかたがダメなのは珍しいですが、レストランでの接客係が数・質ともに充実しており、ちょっとした高級レストランのイメージでした。

Beautiful onsen! Spacious room with a balcony, spotless, luxurious accomodations. Fabulous food, perfectly prepared and elegantly presented, highly recommend the half board. The entire experience could not have been better.

スタッフの対応が良かった。

部屋が広くて清潔。食事は和食のコースを食べたが、東京の一流ホテルよりも美味しかった。朝食も大変美味。温泉も広くてきれい。

One of the stranger hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel was totally deserted upon our arrival around noon. Once we found someone, even leaving our bags for check in later was challenging. This was representative of our dealings with the hotel staff throughout our stay - getting a taxi, making a dinner reservation, etc were challenging Very few English speakers. While the hotel is in a lovely setting and the rooms spacious and clean, it seems like time has passed it by. The biggest flaw is that the hotel is in a very isolated area. Other than the adjacent sister property ( which seemed a little less deserted), there are NO dining or shopping options nearly. It’s hard and expensive to get taxis so unless you have a car, the Hisui is not a good choice.

Beautiful location and views. Spacious rooms with all the comfort and amenities one can expect from a higher end spa hotel. The grounds are delightful and well maintained. Onsen thermal baths were clean and well designed. Very relaxing stay after busy days in Tokyo.

El hotel es muy tranquilo y poco turismo, ppienso es un hotel para gente local de descanso.
Me gusto mucho por lo mismo, tranquilo, muy lindo el staff muy amable.
Solo un poco retirado .

The hot baths at Hakone Hisui are wonderful. The facilities are very clean and tidy. Staff are professional and accommodating. I will be staying again.

The rooms were very big and the atmosphere relaxing with lots of gardens outside and nice views

Modern and minimalist decor while preserving the Japanese aesthetic. Service was top notch and the dining experience first class.

接客も大変満足です。部屋も最高でした！料理も最高です！

We had a fantastic stay here. Great hot spring and private hot bath. Excellent kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast. Helpful staff. Very close to Little Prince and Glass Museum too. Atmosphere is superb.
