Servizio eccellente al ristorante ,al bar,reception e pulizia camere!
Cibo di ottima qualità e in abbondanza! Attività di giorno ed intrattenimento serale sempre molto carini e gradevoli! Un ringraziamento speciale ai ragazzi del bar Antonio,Carlos e Mario!, al ristorante a Bass e all' intrattenimento a Valentina, nostra compaesana🤗 tutto perfetto!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Over all we enjoyed the hotel, we did miss the spanish hospitality from (most of) the staff.
Pros:

The manager on duty Jennifer is such a kindhearted woman who really did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool is clean and has lots of sunbeds. The staff from the nightshift was amazing, always with a smile on their face.

Cons:

We did not receive the room we booked for (it was the junior suite, but in the old building that was not shown on the pictures). When we addressed this issue with the staff at reception, we did not feel we were taken seriously, particularly because of Jacqueline. Jennifer on the other hand really helped us wonderfully and we left content because of her. Thank you Jennifer.

Amazing
Pros:

Room was decent size, modern bathroom, very large bed, sea view was great, we booked the superior room with sea view. Food superb, wide choice, all the staff are polite and professional.

Beautiful location
Pros:

The location was really good ,the staff were excellent, and different food offered every night

Cons:

The bathroom was not the best , I don't like the modern open feel. Toilet and shower with glass doors was so small ,
, if you are a bigger person. , I think you may struggle
