Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21

Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 Korat sits right inside the Terminal 21 shopping mall, which makes life very easy. It’s a clean, modern, high tech hotel and we were given a genuinely warm welcome by the reception staff. Our welcome drink arrived via a little robot that glided in from nowhere, great fun and oddly memorable.

The room was spacious and spotless with a huge extra size king bed that was very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities, two complimentary bottles of water and a large fridge were all provided. The bathroom had a separate shower cubicle with the usual toiletries, plus a very high tech toilet. Google Gemini AI later told me it was a TOTO Washlet. I won’t go into detail, but it’s an interesting bit of kit.

Early evening we walked straight into the mall from the hotel as it’s all part of the same complex. Terminal 21 Korat is laid out like an airport, with each floor themed around a different city such as London, Paris and Tokyo. You pass landmarks like Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower, along with bronze characters including Churchill and Sherlock Holmes. It’s all been cleverly done.

The mall is alcohol free, so we had a beer or two in our room before heading up to the Pier 21 food court. We were a bit late at 9.00pm and most of the stalls were closed, so we ended up eating in the hotel just before that closed too. The food was good, my Thai green curry with sticky rice was delicious and the portion was easily enough for two.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our one night to two. Would happily stay here again.

I truly cannot fault this hotel. It is exceptionally well equipped, offering a gym, pool, and a variety of additional activities. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, are outstanding, with the room cleaners in particular being both efficient and genuinely lovely.
The location is excellent, situated right next to the shopping mall and train station and with plenty to explore in the surrounding area in walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay and see you again.

A convenient hotel that is stunning in public areas. We had a room with a breathtaking view of the skyline. Other than that the room was quite ordinary - clean with most typical amenities (including a Japanese toilet which was a highlight). The hotel has no alcohol on site which was a disappointing surprise. As a vegan, the breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. The bed was medium firm with excellent pillows. The 'free mini bar' was a couple of soft drinks and for what you pay for the room this should be improved.

Perfect location right by Terminal 21 and Asok BTS. The room was clean, spacious, and had great city views. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and gym were fantastic. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience in Bangkok!

Was in Bangkok for a 3D2N trip and booked this Hotel. I have stayed here many times the past few years and I still enjoy staying here, when the price is right!

Getting to the Hotel is easy by the Airport Train, stopping at Makkasan station and connecting to MRT to Sukhumvit station. The Hotel is linked by covered walkway to both the Asoke BTS station and Sukhumvit MRT station. Convenient to travel around!

The Hotel is connected to the Terminal 21 Mall, with lots of shops and eateries. There's also lots of nearby shops, convenience stores, and restaurants as well!

My biggest surprise this trip was when the Hotel gave a Birthday decor greeting in the room for my partner when we came back from sightseeing on Day 2! Thank you very much! Very thoughtful of the Hotel!

If the price is right, try staying here and experience the hospitality!

Lovely room (2327) with good views. Location is the absolute best. Excellent staff. Easy check in and check out. Room has mini hot plate, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and free mini bar. No alcohol at the hotel which didn't worry us. Room service was good and food delicious. Breakfast had a good range of choice and I loved trying new things. (Photos are screenshots from my video as I can't upload the video)

It was in the middle of every

Stayed here as a family of three in Jul 2025 and absolutely loved the convenience! The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall, with plenty of food and shopping options right at your doorstep. Even better, it’s linked to both a BTS Skytrain and an MRT station, making it super easy to get around Bangkok without worrying about the city’s heavy traffic.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and even had a microwave and even a washing machine inside the room. These features probably explain the slightly higher room rate, but the location and comfort definitely made it worthwhile.

Overall, a fantastic stay for anyone who values convenience, comfort, and easy access to transport and shopping in the heart of Bangkok.

We stay here regularly and always love it. This stay we went and checked out the pool area for the first time, it was fabulous! Make sure and check out the pool area in the future

Slightly frustrating that almost every morning for the breakfast buffet there was no one at the desk to take your room card and check you in, and always had to go looking to have someone get someone to attend to the omelette station

The location is very good, directly connected with both BTS Asoak, and Metro Sukhumvit, and the shopping mall Terminal 21. You can get the trains avoiding the heavy rain in Bangkok.
The hotel is new, modern, sophisticated with pool, gym and spa and garden, the breakfast had a lot of choice and very good.

Convenient location. Easy access to shopping and transportation.
