Very disappointing
Pros:

people sent to cover arrived 10 mins before us, lights not even on had to find them. Didnt know anything about our booking .
Told no kitchen on at all so no meals.
This is not what is advertised on their website..
The bathroom had leaky shower sink not attached to the wall and toilet broken as constantly filling up.
The radiator didnt work in the twin room that was also booked so not much sleep for them as said were cold.
The bar shut early and no one in charge stayed at the premises.
This is not what we thought we were coming to from all advertised and pics.
Leaky roof coming through to bucket in the bar area.
The log fire was nice and the staff sent to cover did their best but locked everything up and left us for the night.
Ths is the worst place ever stayed with booking.com very disappointed.

Lovely family room overlooking the sea.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

No water in the room. Would have been nice to have a bottle of water or some glasses so could have a drink.
