KTDC Golden Peak Ponmudi

Accommodation is not bad. But the rate is too much. We can stay in a 5 star hotel in metro cities, in the same rate. Also food rate is high. For a Tea, Rs.10 is charged by Govt Guest house, while Rs.40 is charged at KTDC restaurant. Rooms have no WIFI facility,

Nice ambience rooms are very good thank God for the good climate any way good experience

THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT FOR A FAMILY TOUR AND STAY.
IT IS SO CALM AND QUIET,GOOD ROOM SERVICE AND LOCATION.

Staying facility is superb with room amenities and surroundings with family.

But i really disapponted with the costly food served with no taste.

No other option at the top of the mountain. COmpetition should be promoted so that other private hotels can open their facility there

KTDC Golden Peak is a little better than the typical government office. The people smile. But the roof of the room is dirty.
I wish they would run a professional show there. It is disheartening to see such a beautiful place doesn't have good facilities to stay.
KTDC should have shower curtains. The door shouldn't be squeeky (Room C2). The linen should be fresh.
They should issue a receipt without me asking for it.
The drive to the hotel itself is gorgeous
The breakfast was very good. Enough poori, dosa and alu paratha.

Location is excellent, service was satisfactory, exterior design and space is good. KTDC must improve the condition of the rooms, interior design is unpleasant and the rooms badly need to be refreshed. Food is pathetic and there is no alternative.

we stayed in the premium cottage on 25th night.. the place is really safe, nice cottages, good staff, great ambiance. There is scope for improvement in the quality of food being served, and it is one of the few food options available in the area.

They should improve the room service. Also the food served by the restaurant attached is just ok, they can work on improving the taste of food.

Hôtel agréable avec superbe vue sur la montagne. Très tranquille et parfait pour se reposer un peu. Bon restaurant. Température agréable grâce à l'altitude.
