Pros:

L'emplacement, le calme, l'accueil du personnel, les équipements (beaucoup de chaises longues vue mer, les équipements sportifs), confort de la chambre, terrasse à chaque chambre, plusieurs endroits confortables à l'extérieur pour profiter de la vue

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est assez moyen. Pas de bons thés, pas de confitures de qualité. Pain blanc et pain de mie seulement. C'est dommage mais pas rédhibitoire non plus car à part ça l'hôtel est vraiment très très bien

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

We had a great stay. The staff were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience feel like a 5-star hotel. The views were beautiful, the location is very close to the national park, and the food was delicious, both from the regular menu and at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and we also really enjoyed the hot tub and chill-out zone.

Great stay at Tenerife's highest altitude village
Pros:

Friendly staff (nearly all fluent in English), good breakfast, excellent room with a patio, great bed, great parking, great location at Vilaflor near the Teide serpentine mountain road. A bit pricy over easter, but duly recommended!

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit plain for a buffet and with no daily variety, but still good. One staff member didn't know English. Extremely minor points!

Lovely stay in the nature
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very small village high up in the mountain, a very good place to be in the nature and to start trekking routes. The room is well furnished and the breakfast buffet is very generous

Pros:

Superschön gelegen am Ortsrand von Vilaflor mit toller Aussicht bis zum Meer (Zimmertyp nach Süden). Fussläufig (5-10min.) sind viele Restaurants in Vilaflor erreichbar. Hotelrestaurant mit guter Auswahl, auch Vegi.

Verschiedene Plätze und Ort zum Sonnenbaden oder einfach lesen und sein.

Das Zimmer war grosszügig und mit viel Stauraum, mit kleinem Vorplatz gegen Süden und Ausblick bis zum Meer. Neue Sauna und Hotpot vorhanden, sehr nice zum Entspannen nach einer Bike-Tour oder Wanderung.
Infrastruktur (Abstellraum) für Rennräder vorhanden. Profiteams nutzen das Hotel auch als Basis für ihr Frühjahrstraining (Höhentraining) auf dem Teide.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr angenehme entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nichts.

c'aurait pu être un excellent séjour si la tempête nous avait épargnés. Mais très bon établissement

Suite dans la villa d'origine très confortable avec un balcon avec vue (cf infra) Bon petit déjeuner (et dîner car l'établissement fait restaurant). parking sur place . Bon emplacement par rapport au Teide pour ceux qui veulent faire de la marche ou du vélo

Cons:

Malheureusement, nous y étions sous des trombes d'eau et un brouillard considérable à cause d'une tempête sur l'ile de Ténérife. Et la route du Teide a été fermée à cause de la neige....Bien sûr, l'hôtel n'y était pour rien !!!! Mais dommage
