Friendly staff, clean room with a powerful shower. Value for money
Lovely location which was good for where I needed to be for the weekend. I was only in need of a bed so didn’t use the restaurant for any meals.
The place was comfortable and clean. The shower was incredible - better than most hotels I’ve stayed at.
Booked for a business conference with a colleague, rooms immaculately clean - did not have a hairdryer but one was quickly supplied by reception on request, plenty of parking - really convenient for A50/M1 at Derby. Friendly staff - swift check-in. Ate dinner on site - good menu with wide selection, continental breakfast but all fresh and again a good selection. Nice feel to the whole site. Not many rooms - quiet location surpringly. Would recommend.

My only complaint was that as a solo traveller, I didn't feel safe that the entrance to my room led directly on to the car park and road. I felt vulnerable.
I liked everything about this hotel. The price was good, the staff friendly, and the basic breakfast, included in the price was just fine. I'll stay there again if I'm in the area.
