Both receptionists were polite and friendly. The room was a good size and I paid for a single and had a double bed. The hotel was easy walking distance from shops, restaurants and the sea front. There is onsite parking available.
The property and room, including bathroom was in dire need of a refurbishment, The room was very basic, the bed side lamps didn't work, the bathroom mirror light wouldn't turn off once I switched it on! There was an unpleasant drain smell from the bathroom. The shower was underpowered, very low water pressure and almost not worth standing under.
The breakfast really was not great. I'd have preferred to go to a cafe.
Overpriced at £169 for one night, I've experienced much better

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment de piètre qualité , nescafé en guise de café , jus d'orange en poudre !!! , pas de fruit . La douche était tiède au mieux .
La situació a St Leonards prop de la platja. L’habitació és gran.

Location - few minutes walk from Seafront plus parking on site.
Booked Garden room which had lovely access to our own terrace & large communal garden straight from our room.
The attention service from the staff was very good and the free breakfast was excellent even though there was a side choice the staff were happy to provide us with anything we requested even if it wasn’t on the menu✅
The shower over the bath had a very short hose therefore to lie to stand under had to use as a hand shower bit outdated. The bathroom itself was extremely large a freestanding shower could be installed as well as having the existing bath (just a thought) the only other thing was the lack of plug or USB sockets especially around bed where we would normally charge our phones etc.

The breakfast was hit and miss components missing from plate on some days not consistent ,

A hidden gem! Staff were fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the food was delicious.

Nothing
Nice and clean with a couple of areas that could do with a lick of paint and some attention. Mostly around the widows where out of 3 only one would stay open.
The staff were very helpful and the food excellent including the Philippino food which I tried for the first time. The bed and linen was comfy and clean. Car parking on site is a bonus.
The shower water was barely warm at 8:30 in the morning. Ok in the present heatwave but ought to be hotter.
The hotel provided good breakfast and the staff were friendly. The hotel is just up the road from Hastings Beach, which I enjoyed during the heatwave.
The beds downstairs were lumpy. I asked the staff to replace the mattress, and they ordered a new one, and in the meantime, moved me to a different room. The bed in the new room is also a bit lumpy but not as bad. Also, Rooms 3 and 4 are under the dining room and so can get noisy in the morning.
