Great location with parking and close to town centre/train/bus stops, reasonable rates.
Pros:

Great staff and location, bedsheets, reasonable breakfast and good parking (parking available on street if full).

Cons:

Bedroom carpets with multiple stains, pealing wallpaper, no place to hang towel in the separate toilet, in summary the place needs a refurbishment/re-decorating soon.

Pros:

The location was near a bus stop so easy transport, there was on sight parking and was close to the seafront.

Cons:

Walls are very thin so was quite disturbed throughout the night and the facilities are slightly cheaper meaning there is less comfort.

poorly maintained property that lacks care
Pros:

i liked the location and the front desk attendant was extremely helpful and nice.

Cons:

the room was shoddy, uncomfortable.
there were no shears on the windows in the room I was given, but they had shears in some of the other rooms.
the bed was soft and saggy.
the room smelled of cigarette smoke.
the property is run down.

I found communications online with the property to be unsatisfactory and confusing
