Beds were very comfortable. Nice large room with great view over the garden.
The vegan breakfast offered was not very good.
Hotel did not reply to my message, though sent a few days before trip.
Problem with shower, not installed properly
Noise level all night from 1st floor. Very disturbing

Bath wouldn’t run and breakfast was not particularly generous.
Staff were great nothing was to much trouble,room was comfortable and spacious and location was 5mins from the beach.
No real problems with the exception shower room door had no lock and tv was a little to small for the room size.

Hastings as a whole very disappointing.
Good car parking on site. Nice and clean with good size room. Staff carried bag up stairs. A short walk down to the beach.
Bed was a bit hard.
It’s near the sea front and had available parking but limited. Breakfast is good but only serves orange juice and basics.
We could hear a child running up and down the room above us, although it says it’s a strict rule to stay quiet after 10/11pm…. But this was very late at night and very early in the morning so didn’t get much sleep.
The breakfast was good and freshly cooked. We had a lovely meal in the evening but we were on our own!!!
The location. Though the room was clean the whole place could do with updating. The garden was totally run down.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küche bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht.
Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und auch der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus ist sehr praktisch. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei Fragen über WhatsApp schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag könnten die Silikonfugen im Bad einmal gründlich gereinigt bzw. bei Bedarf erneuert werden.
The guy at reception was very kind and tried to help us (see below)
Unfortunately, we had a nightmare night. There was a couple upstairs who argued loudly throughout the night, shouting, banging things and stomping on the floor. Even with earplugs, we could hear them as if they were in our room, and we honestly felt scared. The guy at reception listened to our complaints and tried to get them to stop after we informed him of the problem twice, but with little success.
Obviously, it is not entirely the property’s responsibility if some guests are inconsiderate, but the fact that the walls are so thin certainly does not help. We could also hear the pipes every time someone used the water, and our beds were extremely noisy whenever we made even the slightest movement (as well as being uncomfortable).
When we arrived, the car park was full, so we had to park on the street. The coffee at breakfast was instant coffee from a sachet.
Having read the responses to both recent and older reviews on this and other platforms, it seems that the management responds with standardised replies without ever actually taking any concrete steps to address the problems that guests have been complaining about for a long time.
