Pros:

The location was good and free and ample parking. Also the room looked clean enough

Cons:

The heating was not working. Was cold the whole night ( outside was -3 Celsius)
The whole parking is frozen and no sand or salt to help. Basically not much help or care from the owners.

Pros:

the staff was friendly and it was close to the shops and the train station

Cons:

the beds were dirty the shower didn't work properly the room was dusty sounds like people upstairs were having a party loud music add the breakfast the Toast was moldy

Pros:

We have stayed here before its a good sized room and bathroom, the staff are very helpful and its good value for money especially with breakfast included

The hotel was well placed for looking at the area around Hastings.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast included in the price. It was easy to park the car on site.

Cons:

The sprung matresses were very springy and squeaky.

Pros:

Size of the room and bathroom was excellent and it was great to have access to the garden

Cons:

Couldn't work out the shower and the bath as both were on when using it
Noise upstairs kept me up all night walking around loud talking and music. Then started again at 6am again

not terrible but not good either

no breakfast on first day the cook just didn’t turn up, breakfast was included in the price, day 2 my eggs were half raw and the sausage was disgusting i never had breakfast again there
