Big comfortable room - easy parking - close to the beach BUT go out for breakfast
Pros:

Huge room comfortable bed

Cons:

Stairs were difficult to navigate with luggage- breakfast was not good - toast soggy

Très bon emplacement, pratique notamment pour se garer nous avons toujours eu une place de libre
Petit déjeuner bon

Cons:

Quoique bon, le petit déjeuner est à commander auprès du serveur qui nous amène ce que nous avons choisi (full English bf ou alors eggs on toast par ex) pas de deuxième service possible
Et sinon à côté de cela on peut aller se servir zen céréales (2 choix ) jus de pommes ou orange ou eau

Les serviettes de bain… elle avaient fait leur temps, les bords étaient effilochés commme sinon on avait arraché un grand drap de bain pour en faire deux

La douche… compliquée et un système surprenant

Fantastic hotel to relax. Comfortable and would stay again any time
Pros:

Loved the huge room the garden and breakfast. Not complicated with lots of adverts so more relaxing

Cons:

The shower didn’t work . No pressure at all. A bit dirty in the soap dish in shower but it’s probably because the cleaner is short and can’t see up there

Pros:

Great breakfast which includes cooked breakfast to my surprise. Beautiful big garden which I sat in before check in. My single room overlooked it. Hotel was well decorated, the right temperature, had good Wi-Fi, my room was spacious. Great value for money compared to other hotels or AirBnBs.

Cons:

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable but I put the duvet under and over me and slept well.

Mattress was hard furniture hanging of the wall floor was lifting sorry very old and run down but you get what you pay for location wasnt great you need to drive back to high st shops

Pros:

Great value for money, breakfast was lovely and staff attentive.
The staff were amazingly patient with 2 ‘gentleman’ who didn’t get the fact they’d booked a super value for money stay.

Cons:

Noisy radiator with no way of turning off.. but I like a quiet and dark room.

Should be shut down, no care for the customer at all! all they were bothered about was the money.

Disgusting place, poor attitude, very bad customer service, will not even use the company again, as the company its self was appalling, no customer service no help, poor attitude an absolute disgrace, should be shut down for the way this hotel and its parent company have treated me and my family... this property is run by disgusting people who need to be stopped!!! We tried getting help from booking.com but they were unwilling to help and kept trying to fob us off... we will never use either oyo hotels or booking.com ever again... we had to go to another property to stay...
