KTDC Nandanam Guruvayoor

Liked the location and the behavior of staff. Room amenities very poor. Remote of the TV not functioning, No list of intercom nos for room service, No hot water facility in the AC room, bathroom window panes unclean and unsafe. Food in the restaurant very poor. Food infection happened after consuming curd which was spoiled. Overall poor experience and hence will not be recommended in these conditions. Very poor and unprofessional way of managing the business.

Hotel is situated close to temple. I didn't get Kerala style food in their restaurant, bit disappointed. But both restaurant and hotel staff were very kind. Worth for money, will choose this hotel next time.

AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. EVEN AT 17 DEGREE TEMPERATURE, NO COOLING EFFECT. BATH ROOM LOCK DEFECTIVE FROM OUTSIDE.

MSY BE FOR ONLINE. BOOKING THEY WOULD HAVE PROVIDED A DIFFERENT ROOM.

Was overall a good place for the stay with family having plans to visit the Guruvayur temple

Good thing about this hotel is that it is walking distance from the Guruvayoor Temple. Reception was very pleasing . Even though the room is average the Bathroom was very clean.there is a small restaurant in the compound hotel don’t Provide room service .

A/C WAS NOT FUNCTIONING ...AFTER SEVERAL REMAINDERS THEY CHANGED THE ROOM

U can feel the difference between government and private. Good area. But no attention. Ur blood will boil to spoil our tax property. As per their own staff...Almost 95% staff on daily wage or contract. I heard only one kitchen staff only direct. Maintenance going on.

Bathroom very neat, Room is spacious; Afraid to see the COT, very old.

I booked this hotel for my parents and the enjoyed their stay. Hotel staffs were courteous and rooms were clean and comfortable. Will consider this hotel again for staying.

Rooms are not that Great and clean. Stay here if you do not get rooms anywhere else.

The water heater in the bathroom was not working nor was the TV. Room service was almost non-existent. Great with regard to the location, overall room cleanliness and size, staff were friendly.

Room and staff were good, but no facilities, like room service not available, no shampoo or conditioner, TV channels, except Malayalam, are not available, No tea/coffee early in the morning if u want to leave the hotel early.....overall not a memorable experience....
