Nice place to spend the night
Pros:

We were on our way to Destin and stopped from the evening. Clean, friendly has a bar and restaurant for dinner or breakfast. Sonta was excellent at the bar.

Stay away bad business practices
Pros:

Don't do it!! Old run down in need to help. Also read Google reviews for the money grab they play. Two night stay a Tuesday and Wednesday night cost us 539.00! Two diffeent charges per night. Then said when we called said it was cigarette smell. Later after disputing the charges my wife called and another completely diffeent story it was marjuiana so cigarettes to marjuiana. There for my wife's sister funeral we are in are mid 60's what a frigging shame and scam. Sorry we don't smoke and if we did it WOULD NOT BE IN A ROOM! WOW WHAT A RACKET!!!

Cons:

This is the first time staying at this particular Hilton. I’ve stayed at other ones. The female who worked the front desk named Lucy seemed pleasant at first but soon after check in my husband and I went to the car to get our luggage and when we entered back into the door Lucy was waiting on 2 white gentlemen and she looked at us and turned her nose up. I looked at her in disbelief and then she smiled. I called back later today because they over charged me and I told her that I don’t think I would be back if they’re I overcharging people and she said don’t. I couldn’t believe that.

Listen to the bad reviews- GROSS
Pros:

I really wish we had paid attention to the reviews with how dirty this hotel is. Our sink had what looked like dried phlegm along with a hair. There was also hair on the hand towel and to make it all even worse- wet hair strands on the shampoo bottle.

I seriously doubt this room was even cleaned. They probably just pickup the towels and make the beds. We don’t expect much from a hotel like this, but having such clear indications it’s not even sanitary is really appalling. Stay away.

Room was good. Didn't get fresh towels or room cleaning during my stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was disappointing. And, I WAS CHARGED $12.99 FOR BREAKFAST. I have never had to pay for breakfast before. Was that a mistake??? Should yhat be credited from my bill?? Definetly not worth that price.

Cons:

Breakfast food was not good AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT.
