Very nice hotel
Pros:

There was a breakfast buffet but as it was not included in the price of the room we opted to eat off of the property. The hotel was very nice. Linens were nice. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We had to pay for parking and breakfast was not included in the room price.

Disappointed by operating as business as usual, after a major issue to start my stay.
Pros:

The room was the best part when I was actually able to get into it. It was clean and I had all I needed.

Cons:

To be able to check in when I arrived. I went to check in at 5pm. Because the hotel system was down, I was not able to check in until 10pm at night after a long distance drive. This put a major wrench in my plans for the night and I am shocked there was nothing offered for the inconvenience by staff for what I view as a major issue. No attempt to regain the trust of a valued hilton honors member was surprising in a negative manner.

Decent stay in Manhattan, but I've had decent stays at much lower costs hotels too.
Pros:

Lobby area was nice for breakfast. The server who was in doing breakfasts was very kind, and courteous. She has excellent customer service.

Cons:

While I did not use the pool, family members said it wasn't great. Also, another family member said their suite's hot water did not work. I booked through a third party and while I appreciate the willingness to break cancellation policies, it took 4 days to do so. Hard to make plans for people. Parking. I didn't realize there was no parking for this location. Parking should be comped for guests when most of the lot is taken up by construction trucks.

Safe, Friendly, and Comfortable
Pros:

Always very clean, friendly staff. Beds very comfortable. Goods and snacks available of course. Room was quiet and we felt safe.

Cons:

Breakfast is not complimentary. While it is available, it is not worth 17.00 as it was a typical Continental breakfast. Menu order items are available too. Parking should not have to be paid for separately or at all. Would have liked to have had complimentary water bottle in room.

Cons:

No hot running water in bathroom Friday night. Bathroom sink drained so slow. Gross ...so overpriced for the week of graduation...price gouging at its best . $1028. For 2 nights

My stay was for a graduation. I used the bed and the shower for $627.00. It was not a good value.
Pros:

The location was good for the graduation I was attending. The rates were increased for the weekend, which was not a bonus, as it was quite high.

Cons:

The only staff I encountered was behind the counter. There was no eye contact, and they did not seem to enjoy their job.

Pros:

The room was very nice. The staff were friendly. They went out of their way to make sure my questions were answered.

Cons:

The doors were heavy and made ALOT of noise when closing. It constantly woke me up when someone left their room. Also, the shower stall design is awful. You literally have to get INTO the stall to turn on the water. Finally, the water pressure and temp constantly fluctuates, whenever someone flushes a toilet or runs their shower.
