Look fo another hotel dont stay here.

Small elevator , has an annex bldg but only on the 2nd floor passageway. Very tight space. Old building. Subject for demolition

Good location close to bars & restaurants although difficult to work out where to exit from station when arriving from airport so ended up being quite a long walk although nearest metro not far.

Cons:

Small room & bed. No room for big suitcases - rucksacks just about fitted.

Pros:

Posizione top, vicinissimo al Kabukicho ma abbastanza distante per non essere in mezzo al casino! Le stanze sono piccole (come in tutti gli hotel di Tokyo) ma ben arredate e con il bagno in camera!!! Consigliato!!!!!

The service was very good and everything was very clean. Room cleaning was daily. The area was very good, very close to metro stations, close to shopping area and close to nightlife.

La atención era muy buena y todo estaba muy limpio. La limpieza de habitación era diaria. La zona era muy buena, muy cerca de bocas de metro, cerca de zona de compras y cerca de ocio nocturno

In addition to Shinjuku I also went to Osaka and Kyoto, and I compare the stay in Osaka with the stay at this hotel. The price per night was the same, but the room was twice as big, the bathroom was exactly the same, the bed was double but you could get out on both sides of the bed as it was the most spacious room.

Además de Shinjuku también fui a Osaka y Kyoto, y comparo la estancia en Osaka con la estancia en este hotel. El precio por noche era igual, pero la habitación era el doble de grande, el baño era exactamente el mismo, la cama era doble pero se podía salir por ambos lados de la cama al ser la habitación más espaciosa.

2日目の夜勤のフロントの方に大変お世話になりました。
また、お部屋の清掃担当の方が笑顔で対応してくれました。

Cons:

バスルームが狭くて古いせいか汚く気持ち良い感じはしなかったです。
