A great spot to stay for Fraser Island access etc… but rooms could have been better or cheaper $
Pros:

Location next to boat club and how close you are to the water with amazing views. Use of washing machine and dryer and kitchen appliances for family was useful.

Cons:

The smell of cigarette in the rooms (70) not ideal for young kids and furniture and appliances outdated - also limited hot water for showers was not ideal. Some renovations def needed in the interior of the rooms

There was an issue where the hit water system began leaking through the top floor into the stairway ceiling - you have to call a generic number rather than someone actually on site to notify them

Perfect for a short break away…
Pros:

Great unit with plenty of winter sunshine streaming in.
Everything clean and tidy.
Two good pools and great beach easy to get to.

Cons:

We were disappointed that the tennis court was under repair as it was displayed on the website.
Similarly the games room looked perfect for my young grandkids but this was limited to a table tennis table and books. No balls or bats easily available…

The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Fabulous location with a great water views across to Fraser Island.

Cons:

There was only a two seater lounge - would have been more comfortable if there was another Lounge chair so my husband and I could stretch out and relax.

Views. Unit was clean & comfortable. Facilities ok, washing machine was a handy inclusion

Cons:

Would have been handy to have an oven, but we made do with microwave & hotplate.
Small queen bed, would have been nice to have a bit more room

Pros:

Location and value for money great.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. I took a look at the mattress it had to be 15 to 20 years old which is really inexcusable. Only need two things to win at hotels a comfy bed and great shower. The place is dated I get that but at the very least replace the damn matress. Despite loving the location. I will be unable to stay here again.
