Pros:

Views. Unit was clean & comfortable. Facilities ok, washing machine was a handy inclusion

Cons:

Would have been handy to have an oven, but we made do with microwave & hotplate.
Small queen bed, would have been nice to have a bit more room

Location and value for money great.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. I took a look at the mattress it had to be 15 to 20 years old which is really inexcusable. Only need two things to win at hotels a comfy bed and great shower. The place is dated I get that but at the very least replace the damn matress. Despite loving the location. I will be unable to stay here again.

We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.
Pros:

I loved to location, our room was a couple of levels up and we had a fantastic view across the bay.

Cons:

If i had one comment it would be the undercover parking spaces are a bit small for a 4WD, but that is the same as many places

Great experience
Pros:

Amazing location overlooking Marina. Comfortable clean unit ( as always ). Overall, great experience. Walk to Boat Club and great cafes/shops.

Walkway at front of unit was closed.

Outstanding property offering exceptional beach and surrounding views like Fraser and woody island.
Pros:

Location was pretty hard to beat looking directly onto the beach surrounded by sand dunes and the back drop of the sea and Fraser Island in the distance

the room itself was really good and view was amazing

Cons:

ive come to there apartments for the weekdn to celebrate my dads birthday we are playing cards and had the tv with radio on its 730 Saturday night and we get a knock on the door its security telling us to keep it down we think odd we arent as loud as the apartment a couple of doors down but okay then again at 930 mind you we are quieter than before we get told by another security guard to be quiet or they'll get police involved let me remind you we no joke are nowhere near as loud as the apartment a couple down from us, horrible service left a bad taste in my mouth wont be back and will not recommend to anyone at all
