desayuno delicioso, y excelente servicio
Buena ubicación, esta muy cerca de los lagos, hay una tienda a lado del hotel, instalaciones bonitas, cama amplia y cómoda, buena vista
Llegue a la hora del check in (3:00 pm) y aun asi me hicieron esperar, a la gente que no le gusta el ruido puedes escuchar algo de tráfico, no me molesta pero solo para tomar en cuenta

Que te preparan la habitación con cobijas extras y calefacción para el frío.
Que el desayuno aunque se pago 2 adultos y 1 niño solo querían darme 1 desayuno y opte por no tomarlo, me parece publicidad engañosa al momento de que publicarán "desayuno incluído"

El edificio
La temperatura y el horario de la alberca. Es muy fria el agua, y solo la abren de 10 a 6pm. Y que el sevcio del restaurante es muy lento.
El desayuno estuvo bien para estar incluido en el precio del alojamiento, instalaciones muy bonitas
La ubicación es muy céntrica y cómoda. El persona es muy amable y la atención inmejorable. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y se ven cuidadas, sobre todo en las áreas comúnes como el restaurante o el bar.
La habitación Rio está muy básica y se siente como relegada de todo el hospedaje porque está muy cerca del lobby y al parecer es la más pequeña. Recomiendo evitarla. El internet nunca funcionó bien. El desayuno incluido es muy básico; sin embargo, ese no es el problema, sino que varía de acuerdo al tipo de habitación, y es muy evidente cómo a unas habitaciones les ofrecen más cosas y a otras menos o más sencillas.

La atención de los chicos de recepción y de la señora de limpieza es excepcional, gracias por todo su apoyo. Me encantó que esta lleno de naturaleza
Todo me pareció muy bien, las instalaciones muy bonitas, aunque solo estuvimos una noche los servicios muy buenos y nos encantó el gato !!!
La ubicación
Todo bien
Tiene instalaciones muy agradables, es cómodo. El restaurante abre a las 8 y cierra a la 10, es vasto y no es caro. Además el hotel queda cerca del centro, anduve caminando.
El código de internet no es compatible para la lap, pero después me explicaron como debía hacerlo.
