Excelente, esta como nuestra 1ra opción cuando regresemos a Xalapa

Todo me pareció muy bien, las instalaciones muy bonitas, aunque solo estuvimos una noche los servicios muy buenos y nos encantó el gato !!!

Pros:

Tiene instalaciones muy agradables, es cómodo. El restaurante abre a las 8 y cierra a la 10, es vasto y no es caro. Además el hotel queda cerca del centro, anduve caminando.

Cons:

El código de internet no es compatible para la lap, pero después me explicaron como debía hacerlo.

Desde que entras a la propiedad huele muy mal, entre comida y casa vieja.
Un olor muy desagradable. Me recordó a esas casas viejas llenas de humedad.
Me tocó la habitación que da a la alberca y muy desagradable tener que entrar por la venta, pues no tiene puertas.
El hotel pudiera ser muy bonito si estuviera bien cuidado.
Las camas muy duras, pero lo peor fue que me quité los zapatos para acostarme y los pies se me ensuciaron terrible de que no estaba limpia.
Fue una experiencia muy mala, no me quedaron ganas ni de bañarme en el hotel.

Bonito, pero URGE renovacion de suites.
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo en concepto boutique. Pero esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo con ellos y las habitaciones tienen muchas areas de oportunidad en cuanto mantenimiento y limpieza. El hotel es viejo y es evidente la falta de mantenimiento en algunas areas, los blancos estan muy muy viejos, asi como las almohadas de muy mala calidad. Muchas fallas en conexiones y TV en las suites. Ojala puedan invertir en una renovacion. Ya que es Urgente en las habitaciones. Tambien el olor a humedad es muy fuerte en ciertas areas.
