良かった
Pros:

新　施設が新しくて清潔。ベッドも快適。松本城にとても近く市街地の中心。スタッフの対応と説明が良かった。

Cons:

残念な点は、いわゆる壁が薄いのか、水周りの音が部屋に響く、隣の部屋の音が聞こえた。でも、繰り返しではないので不快ではありません。もう少し安かったらお得感があるかなとは思います。

Prima verblijf. Chique ontbijtzaal. Personeel uiterst correct.
Pros:

Gelegen in zijstraat van centrum van Matsumoto: alle bezienswaardigheden zijn aan te lopen. Goed hotel. Extra nachten geboekt. Zelfde kamer was niet meer mogelijk daarom een grotere kamer gekozen. Die had een aparte tv ruimte met fauteuils en een keukentje.

마쯔모토 시내 관광에는 최적의 위치에
Pros:

위치가 마쯔모토내 관광지와 가까워서 이동하기 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 일본에서 숙박했던 호텔중에 침대가 가장 편했고 화장실도 넓은 편이었어요. 체크인 전 그리고 체크 아웃 후 장시간 가방을 맡겼는데도 전혀 문제 없었고 직원들이 모두 친절했습니다.

Cons:

아쉬웠던 점이라기보다는 호텔에서 제공하는 조식은 못 먹어봐서 평가를 할 수가 없네요.

I don’t recommend this hotel. The only redeeming feature was the location.

Cons:

This is an older hotel that could benefit from a large scale renovation. The rooms and public spaces are rundown and the furnishings in our most expensive room were in need of replacement. The one upholstered chair was threadbare and had large rips in it. The carpet was thin and stained.

Matsumoto has a lovely atmosphere and the hotel is well located to enjoy it all
