Pros:

Sehr altes Hotel. Die Zimmergröße war ein no go. Keine Chance seinen Koffer zu öffnen. Der einzige Lichtblick war das Frühstück. Das war sehr vielfältig und reichhaltig

Unforgettable stay, we will be back
Pros:

2min walk to metro. High floor river view. Very quiet room. spotless clean. Eco housekeeping,. The onsen is excellent. The breakfast in the restaurant Farm to table Terra was a special experience.

浴場不錯，地理位置佳

Cons:

1）床塌陷得很明顯，睡到半夜就腰痠背痛
2）廁所有地下糞管排水孔的味道，揮之不去，得用塑膠袋封著才行，很臭很噁心🤮
3）臥榻沙發上都是污漬，沙發套也明顯老舊起毛球
4）插座極少，在札幌市區居然床頭只有一個插座可以使用⋯極度不方便
衛生真的需要好好整理重視，札幌北海道最大的交通樞紐，這樣的住宿品質太掉漆了

何時か札幌来ているご一番残念なホテルだった。
Pros:

大浴場が良かった。清潔な温泉で洗い場も多かった。

Cons:

まず、駐車場サービスがひどい。
宿泊者でもホテル内駐車場がいっぱいで提携が他に何ヶ所かあり1日¥1800と書いてあったが、途中出し入れ出来ず翌朝、出庫したら料金は¥800, 翌日は少し遅めに出たら¥2400と表示有りでオーバーした分は払えとの事。前日は実際は¥800だったのに¥1800払うのに次の日は追加で払えとはおかしく無いか？と言ってそれなら領収書持って来いとの事、最終的には配慮してもらえたが何のための提携か全く分からず。朝食の三ヶ所も店員の態度がひどく特にガレットの店はスノーピーク監修で楽しみにこのホテルを選んだ理由なのに無愛想、返事もしない嫌そうに働いてる。残念過ぎます。最後のビュッフェは愛想は無いが年配の男性達がテキパキと働いていて一番マシだった。
