Good location, spacious room with limited parking
Pros:

Room is pretty spacious, location is not bad. Booked for river viewing rooms and happy that can see fireworks from the room.

Cons:

Parking fee is pretty expensive and few parking spots available. Staff at reception desk can only speak limited English. Little choice for breakfast buffet and have to queue up to get in when it's crowded.

部屋の空間は快適。
お風呂も気持ち良かった。

Cons:

夜中、上の階の生活音がうるさかった。
特に初日は寝られないほどで、フロントに電話。
スタッフの方に電話したあと、10分ほどして静かにはなったが。

快適でくつろげました。とても良いホテルだと思います。
Pros:

大浴場もリラックスできて良かったですし、お部屋も広く、高層階のリバービューでくつろげました。すすきのからも歩ける距離ですし、地下鉄駅も近いので便利です。

Cons:

特になかったです。しいて挙げればタクシーの数があまりなかったくらいです。

立地満足、大浴場完備の素敵なホテル
Pros:

地下鉄南北線の中島公園駅からアクセスが良く、すすきの方面へも徒歩で行けて立地が便利でした。また、宿泊中に、豊平川の花火大会が開催され、部屋から快適に花火を観ることができ、子どもたちが大喜びでした。

3階の大浴場も、洗い場がたくさんあり、ロッカー等も綺麗で快適でした。
