Pros:

フロントも朝の食事の時スタッフの方々がとても対応が爽やかで良かった

Cons:

駐車場が近くの所でしたが出し入れできないので、ご年配の方と一緒の時は観光してからホテルに入られた方がよいです

設備と立地は最高。スタッフ対応はいまいち。
Pros:

立地は100点。中島公園駅からも近く、すすきのも徒歩圏内。施設は割と綺麗で天然温泉があるのも良かった。

Cons:

到着時、フロント前に立ってもフロントスタッフが下を向いたまま作業をしており、客の到着に気付かない。気付いた時も「いらっしゃいませ」や「気付かずにすみません」も言わず、「あっ、どうされました？」と聞いてきた。アイスノンを冷凍庫で預かってもらうよう頼んだが、翌朝受け取ると冷蔵庫で保管されていたようで、保冷剤が凍っていなかった。受け渡しの際のスタッフもそのことに何も違和感を感じず、平然と渡してきた。1泊3名（大人2人子供1名、土曜日宿泊）素泊りで3万円強の価値ははっきり言ってない。
