Bel palazzo storico
Pros:

Bellissimo palazzo immerso nel centro storico di Palermo. Possibilità di parcheggio davanti la struttura. Buona la colazione e comodi orari di check out.

Cons:

Considerando il livello dell’albergo ci aspettavamo che almeno le bottigliette d’acqua fossero offerte dall’albergo e non un extra da mini bar (sarebbe una bella coccola per il cliente) e ci sarebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione in più per le stanze (almeno la nostra).

Tyylikäs hotelli. Sisällä paljon taidetta. Tilava ja hiljainen huone. Jämäkkä sänky, jossa oli hyvä nukkua. Aamiainen.

Cons:

Sijainti aivan vilkkaan ruokatorin vieressä. Hotelli oli vaikea löytää jalkaisin. WC oli liian hämärä - kirkkaammat valot tarpeen meikkaamiseen. Ei huonojalkaisille, koska huoneen kerrokseen ei pääse hissillä. Oli vaikea keksiä, miten saadaan huoneen kaikki valot sammutettua. Tallelokerosta puuttui patterit, joten ei voitu käyttää koodilukitusta.

A very convenient place if you want to be in the old part of town, charming looking building with nice and helpful staff
Pros:

An historic building centrally located in the old part of Palermo so you can walk to most sights. There was parking outside the entrance, you pay a ZTL fee as you are in a restricted/historic area.
Comfortable rooms.
An outside courtyard to eat breakfast in.

Cons:

Not entirely straight forward to find even with google maps.
The breakfast was fine, a bit generic, pre sliced bread, pre sliced cheese, ready made juice etc. The delicious Sicilian oranges not in evidence!
It would be nice to have tea/coffee available in the rooms.

A jewel of a hotel

We have stayed here before, twice. We will be back. The hotel is beautiful yet relaxed. The staff are kind and the breakfast excellent. There is so much choice, and all is fresh and tasty.
The hotel is in the heart of the city. Some other reviews criticise the location and the breakfast, but to be honest, those reviewers don't understand good food, and most importantly, don't understand Palermo. Palermo is a wonderful melting pot, and if you appreciate its crumbling architecture, sights, sounds, aromas and art, you will love it here! We have had the best time! Grazie mille!

Nive, boutique hotel, but city needs to improve cleanliness and street lights in the historic centre
Pros:

Friendly staff at check-in, clean, nicely furnished room, parking (charged), many interesting artifacts and works of art, central location.

Cons:

Breakfast not 4-star standard. After dark, the area is not sufficiently lit, you don't feel save. A lot of garbage in the surrounding streets. Many non-Italian food places.

La ubicación y el desayuno. La habitación estába bien

Cons:

Faltaba un poco de confort en la habitación. Un poco de fresco/frío ya q aunq pongas el aíre que es la forma de calentar la habitación se queda algo corto. Para llegar a la habitación tienes unas escaleras que si tienes algo de movilidad reducida te costará llegar. Tiene una cocina para si quieres hacer algo muy básico pero solo tiene una silla en la habitación y si es una habitación doble....quien se queda sin silla...?
