Cons:

Postele by potřebovaly drobnou opravu.
Příjezd a odjezd autem byl náročný pro cizince. Je nutné ignorovat zákazy vjezdu a jednosměrné ulice, jinak neprojedete 😀

Luxury hotel in the heart of Palermo
Pros:

The reception was very welcoming, we could check in two hours earlier. Luxurious bedding. Shampoo, handcream of the brand Ortigia. Good breakfast with healthy options and also sweet options.

Cons:

Staff at breakfast could have offered to make us a good coffee. We thought coffee from a can was the only option.

Un joyau au centre de Palerme
Pros:

L’endroit est très bien situé. Nous pouvons faire à pied tous les principaux lieux historiques, de plus très près d’une rue de marché publique. Le personnel est d’une très grande gentillesse. De plus même si situé dans le centre historique avec accès limité pour l’auto, l’hôtel a pris soin de bien stationné notre auto. Le lieu est magnifique et de bon goût. L’hôtel est un musée par lui même.

Eleganter, zentral gelegener Palazzo.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage nahe Ballaró, Quattro canti sowie Palästen und Kirchen. Ein eleganter, stilvoll eingerichteter Palast mit geräumigen, sehr sauberen Zimmern und freundlicher Begrüßung. An zwei Abenden gab es Konzerte im romantischen Innenhof des hauseigenen Restaurants. Dort sehr gute Küche und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Im Zimmer wären eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Flasche Wasser wünschenswert. Es wäre auch gut, wenn jemand einem dabei helfen würde, die Koffer über die Trepoen in die oberen Zimmer zu tragen.

Lovely hotel in charming and convenient historic neighbourhood.
Pros:

We ended up in a charming room with a balcony overlooking the historic neighbourhood. The Palazzo Brunaccini Hotel has an unbeatable location, right near the Ballaro food markets and a short walk from the shops and restaurants of the Quattro Canti. I would recommend this hotel to anybody for their stay in Palermo.

Cons:

My husband has mobility problems and we knew we couldn't manage stairs, particularly with luggage. One reason we booked this hotel is that it was described as having elevator access to upper floors. However, when we arrived we found that we had been placed in the one room that was not serviced by the elevator, and which could only be reached by a steep flight of stairs with no handrail! Obviously we couldn't stay there and the staff were very helpful about moving us to another room, but I just mention it as, if stairs are also not suitable for you, it would be worth checking in advance that you have not been assigned to the only stair-access room.
