GREAT STAY...WITH ABOVE EXCEPTIONS MENTIONED.

STAFF FRIENDLY.
CLEAN ROOM.
SHOWER SPRAYED ALL OVER
BREAKFAST WAS AVERAGE. DIDN'T LIKE THE EGGS AND LIMITED BREAKFAST CHOICES.
HOTEL WAS VERY QUIET AT NIGHT. BEDS COMFORTABLE.

Excelente ubicacion y muy bien equipado.
Pros:

Muy buen ubicacion, muy buen desayuno. Habitaciones amplias. Ventana en el baño con vista a la ciudad.

Cons:

La bañera no esta en muy buenas condiciones, tiene el fondo desgastado y no estaba como para usar como bañera (solo para ducha). Las sabanas estaban manchadas (no bien lavadas).

el hotel está muy bien, el tema es que el spa estaba muy flojo, la pileta estaba fría, el hidro también y los saunas no funcionaba correctamente. Todo lo demás muy bien

La atención. Personas muy amables.

Cons:

Sientes en el comedor esa humedad proveniente de la piscina, no demasiada, pero se siente. Esa falta de aislamiento entre el restorant e instalaciones de piscina mejoraría.
Además pocos enchufes del tipo para enchufar celulares o equipos, del tipo normal, solo ví uno.
Restó perfecto.

Pros:

Nos gustó que nos dejaron quedarnos 1 hora más para poder preparar nuestros bolsos. El desayuno fue muy bueno.

Cons:

1) el aire acondicionado se maneja desde el lobby, no desde la habitación del huésped. a las 4 am teníamos calor en la habitación, y a pesar de haber solicitado que lo manejemos nosotros, no pudimos hacerlo por lo que a esa hora tuvimos que pedir que nos prendieran el aire acondicionado.
2) pedimos delibery de helado y a pesar de haber hecho consumisiones en el resto del hotel, nos sacaron de allí (tuvimos que terminar rápido nuestro cafe) y dijeron que teníamos que comer el helado en otro sitio
3) no habían toallas disponibles en la zona del spa. Tuvimos que usar las de la habitación.
4) el lobby no tiene forma de avisar a los huéspedes por WhatsApp un delivery
5) la conexión de la televisión y netflix era lenta y no pudimos aprovecharlo por esa razon
