Me gustó mucho la habitación, las instalaciones, el desayuno muy variado y de buena calidad. Una noche pedí servicio a la habitación para cenar. Excelente comida y servicio. La ubicación es perfecta. Sin dudas volveré. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Algo que realmente me molestó fue uno de los dos recepcionistas de la tarde. Pelo un poco largo. Completamente desagradable su trato, repitió dos veces que necesitaba que la tarjeta de crédito que le diera para el depósito no la rechace el sistema sin antes intentar probarla en un tono que no fue el apropiado.
Al intentar usar YouTube en el TV no funcionaba, tampoco Netflix, ninguna plataforma que ofrece cualquier hotel en 2026 que se haga llamar un 4 estrellas. Fui a la recepción y el otro muchacho dijo que iría en breve a solucionarlo, al volver del gym a la hora aproximadamente llamé a la recepción para pedir una bata ya que tampoco tienen toallas suficientes por lo que leí y también presencié para el spa, y tampoco tienen la bata en la habitación, lo cual demuestra que tampoco tienen batas suficientes para todos.
Me atendió el mismo vago que mencioné al principio, pregunté si iban a venir a ver la TV y para mi sorpresa la respuesta fue completamente falsa, diciendo que hay TV’s que funcionan y otras que no porque utilizan un router antiguo y pagan la tarifa standard, lo cual no deja que llegue el internet a todo el hotel. Me dijo que era cuestión de suerte, de nuevo toda la conversación con un tono y soberbia que se nota que es un pobre ignorante que tiene menos viajes que mi gato, y que en su vida se hospedó en un hotel de más de media estrella, diciendo que depende el hotel tienes Netflix o no, cuando en este tienes el control de la TV y otro para Netflix, todo muy inutil. Le dije que estaba completamente disconforme con su respuesta.
A LOS DOS MINUTOS.. vino el otro recepcionista y me arregló el problema con la TV.
Además, la ducha escocesa no funciona, el gym no tiene agua, y falta mantenimiento en los lockers del spa y en el hidromasaje de la habitación.
El sistema de aire de el cuarto es realmente antiguo.
El costó del minibar es completamente absurdo, dos aguas pequeñas de 33cc y un red bull 22 mil pesos.
Cuando hice la reserva con una extensión que estaba usando por primera vez, al otro dia me vinieron pagos de gastos adicionales que nunca habia autorizado de distintos lugares, reclame a la tarjeta intentando no pensar mal del establecimiento. Luego cuando llegue al hotel me pidieron otra tarjeta como garantia y me la volvieron a duplicar con gastos de mas de $600.000! NO CONTRATEN pesimo todo
