Pros:

exelente ubicacion, buen desayuno, gym y buena piscina climatizada

Cons:

la tv no es smart, hoy es dia es necesario actualizarse, los canales de cable por lo gral no son buenos, y para extranjeros no es nada atractivo

Cons:

Fuimos con mis amigas a pasar mi cumpleaños. La gente de recepción un desastre habian huespedes quejandose cada dos por tres y no resolvian. Esa fue la primera impresión y luego entendi por que. Queriamos hacer dia de spa, primero que nada no nos querian dar toallas porque “se quedaron sin”; el jacuzzi todo mugriento anda a saber cuando fue la ultima vez que lo limpiaron. Si querias algo no encontrabas a nadie porque el personal no se donde estaba. Despues nos fuimos a bañar a la habitación y volvimos a pedir toallas a lo que nos dijeron “ahora te las llevamos”, nos entramos a bañar… todas mojadas con frio pues es invierno y nunca llegaron las toallas. Una de mis amigas tuvo que bajar a insistir y meterse para que nos den las toallas… un desastre. Se nota que no estan preparados para alojar cantidad de huespedes. La verdad no se de donde sacaron esas 4 estrellas del hotel. El desayuno horrible, incomible. Todo pésimo nunca mas voy.
