A lovely stay - make sure you are comfortable having a see through bathroom even though you have the option of curtains!
Pros:

The location near Hepburn Spa is excellent and the peaceful view even included a kangaroo during our stay!

Cons:

It is quite dark inside with limited lighting in the bathroom and bedroom. There were also no plugs to charge phones etc near the bed.

Oasis of tranquillity
Pros:

Hepburn at Hepburn is a calm oasis of serenity, beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. So tranquil, the birds of the bush are the only sound. Everything you'd want for in a villa; the fireplace, large spa, incredibly comfortable bed, cosy-lots-of-pillows lounge, plus all the amenities. Staff are welcoming friendly and helpful.

Cons:

What's not to like?- this was my 2nd stay and I'll be returning!

Quiet, relaxing break
Pros:

Very quiet location. Restful (which was what we needed). Short drive to Hepburn and Daylesford. Excellent amenities in villa. Loved the kangaroo in the clearing every morning/dusk!

I arrived within office hours but had to do self check in, I honestly prefer real life check in but understand it’s more private.
