Such a beautiful, cosy place full of ambience & everything you could possibly need.
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. So cosy & private with excellent facilities all round.
Easy check in/out & great communication.

Cons:

That I couldn’t stay longer!

Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The front door lights didn't work and I fell down the steps. Also the basin sink seemed blocked and wasn't draining

Quiet spa retreat close to Hepburn
Pros:

Very well furnished apartment with large spa bath in quiet location. Appreciated the seperate lounge and kitchen facilities. Easy access to Hepburn for eating out. We had an very enjoyable couple of nights stay.

Cons:

Privacy curtains around glass walled bathrooms could have been more private!

Pros:

The facility is beautiful and quiet and the receptionist is helpful.

Cons:

The toilet was used and unflushed when we arrived that left me a concern of the hygiene, even though the remaining room looked sparkling clean.
