I can only say, it’s good than others with the same hotel level.
Pros:

The staff are friendly.

Cons:

The faucet is too small compared to the lavatory. Sleepers are too soft to wear & there should be an extra pillows. Plus the price in your advertisement became higher when you check in.

Good value for the money but likely tough location for tourists
Pros:

I stayed there because it was nearby the site for the academic conference I attended. It was in a good location near to that site (at a university) and the staff were helpful when I had questions.

Cons:

Some of the facilities in the room were a bit old, such as the toilet, bathtub, air condtioner, etc. But none of it was broken and it didn't cause any problems.

This is my go-to place if i have procedures in PHC. Will also recommend to friends.
Pros:

Perfect location for my purpose in visiting the area. It was just a short walking distance to PHC. Not availed of free breakfast but i love the coffee and the eggs we ordered. Very good service from the staff. Security Guard so helpful in parking, lent us umbrella 'coz it was raining during our stay,

Cons:

None at all... Will still consider staying if necessary.
