This was my 3rd and likely last visit to this hotel, which sadly has deteriorated over the years.
Pros:

Size of the room and bathroom is big. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful.

Cons:

This is actually my 3rd visit over 12 years and what was once a basic but nice hotel, has deteriorated into a very poorly maintained establishment. The culture needs a rethink, cleaning staff walking around corridors barefeet, rooms not cleaned properly (dusty, bits and pieces of dirt and rubbish of previous guest clearly visible, stains in bathroom).

Most annoying is the parking situation. I can understand that spaces are limited and it's first come first serve. But during my recent visit, spots were "reserved" for favored individuals. Even the OKU parking was reserved for non-OKU with designated number plate and when front-desk staff was question, response was this was for hotel guest here for medical tourism. Can you imagine that? Another car park was reserved for "Menteri" but you'll see an average sedan parked there when traffic cone was removed.

That was my 3rd and last visit to Travelodge. Missed the good old days.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The swimming pool and all the facilities were excellent and completely satisfying. The service was really good, and the customer service was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience and truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again! ❤️

Room good, a bit aged, location good, cafe in foyer great. Breakfast! Forget about it
Pros:

Upgraded to a suite, which was great for the extra room. No air conditioner, fans only ! Got a bit warm thoughout the night. Fan on low hummed.

Cons:

Breakfast, which was included, was the worst experience of our stay there, lots of items had run out with over an hour to go before the time allowed finished.
Most staff & food favoured the local population.
The staff could not understand or weren’t interested in us or following up on our requests.
The indoor pool was yellow & slimy looking, we refused to use it. No pool towels available
