Cheap and convenient but uncomfortable.
Pros:

Spacious room, decent decor.
Staff were relatively friendly and promptly helpful.
Location was in the middle of town, good for walking about.
Cute little pool on 1st floor that can be used if staying for longer.

Cons:

Air-conditioning not working, had to sleep in underwear.
Room services called to repair, they changed the filter but the room still did not feel cold, was stuffy throughout the night.
Suggest checking all the rooms first before opening them up for guests.

A hotel in a good location that can do better
Pros:

Location is quite central to all eateries and the malls and attractions are a short ride away using ride hailing transportation.

Cons:

General sprucing up needed as the surrounds look worn and tired.

Receptionists can be more cheerful towards hotel guests. It goes a long way to ask hotel guests how’s their stay so that they could give some feedback.

I’m not sure why the first two channels on the TV had no audio output. The staff can’t do anything about it.

The bidet nozzle is not controlled by the nozzle lever but the main handle on the wall where the bidet is attached.

pleasant size for a triple occupancy we had a single bed and a double bed and the air con is strong!
Pros:

location was fairly close to other eateries and walkable even with a wheelchair when bringing my elderly mom around. Hotel staff are generally nice and helpful, just ask or request and they will help. There are only 2 small lifts which max out for 2 adults + 1 wheelchair guest.

Cons:

bathroom lights were not bright enough and there is a big step up from the bedroom so if you have elderly or guest with wheelchair please note is quite tough for them to go to the loo in the middle of the night without much to hold on for support during the transitions steps.

Very nice stay
Pros:

Nice spacious room with great AC, modern decor, strong shower and a view over the city. Room was cleaned every day, excellent quality! Sheets and towels were nice. Clean pool in the shade. One sun lounger, and a few chairs & tables by the pool. Gym with some weights and machines. Breakfast was 20RM per person per day and had adequate choices: eggs, toast, peanut butter, jam, sausages, rice, hash browns, cucumber, watermelon, juice and coffee. Location is good, but too far to walk to the city center.

Cons:

Gym was not always clean. There was no disinfectant to clean the equipment. The AC in the gym doesn’t make the room cooler, only circulates the air like a fan. it gets really hot in the gym.
The room often smelled like sewage, had to keep the bathroom fan on at all times.
Breakfast was not kept warm.
