Personnel gentil.

Cons:

Entrée a l'accueil non déneigée, il fallait se tenir a la rampe pour ne pas tomber. Entrée extérieure de notre chambre glacée et non déneigée. Chambre froide (chauffage peu fonctionnel). On nous a changé de chambre et encore pire, on a du encore redéménager nos choses.
Trappe de ventilation très sale dans la salle de bain.
Robinetterie de douche pas réellement propre.
Déjeuner très décevant : pas de fruits frais (bananes, pomme), buffet chaud semblait réchauffé plusieurs fois. 1 seule sorte de pain.
Ce n'est malheureusement pas à recommander.

Cons:

La propreté et les odeurs dans les corridors le bruit dans la chambre. L'hôtel se trouve devant une usine alors les odeurs resembles a une odeur de gaz j'ai demandé l'annulation après quelques minutes de mon arrivée et c'est tout une histoire pour annuler, le service est médiocre et on me charge plus que 200$ pour l'annulation sachant que je n'ai même passé la nuit.
