We highly recommend the RACV Hobart Hotel, but check out parking situation first.
Pros:

Apart from the uncertainty of the parking, we couldn't fault the hotel at all and would definitely consider staying at the RACV Hobart again.

Cons:

Although parking was prepaid for there aren't enough parking spaces for the amount of cars using the car park as cars were parked in any available space when all the bays were full. I don't know if this is overcome with the valet parking as I was lucky enough to find a parking bay each time. However I don't know if the valet parking is free or not.

Pros:

The room is very new, spacious and clean. Parking comes with a fee but is conveniently on site. You have many restaurants and cafes options all around. Extremely good value for money!

Pros:

The location is close to Centrepoint & the Cat & Fiddle Arcade, the parking at RACV carpark is convenient. I had breakfast at Charcoal Restaurant, I was greeted with friendly service, and my breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The seats at the table in my room looked dirty! It was very windy on the night of my stay, there was a howling loud sound coming from my room windows, doesn't sound like the windows are completely sealed from the outside weather.

RACV Hobart Hotel was a fantastic place to stay. The bed was superbly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, modern, and very spacious. The hotel is well located, making it easy to get around and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A real highlight of the stay was being able to relax with a drink in front of the fireplace after a long, tiring day exploring the city — the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommended for a comfortable and cosy stay in Hobart.

Cons:

The car park was quite limited and the spaces were narrow, which made manoeuvring and finding a spot a little challenging, particularly during busier times. Guests with larger vehicles may find parking less convenient.
