Parking : guests are experiencing difficulties when entering and exiting the parking facility. The process can be confusing, time-consuming, and sometimes inconvenient for guests who expect seamless access during their stay & free as any hotel around the world.
As a valued guest, I kindly request that management review this situation and work with the parking operator to implement a more efficient and guest-friendly solution. Clear procedures, improved communication, or dedicated parking access for hotel guests could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

I have been staying at Hues Boutique Hotel for many years and have always appreciated its location and service. However, I am disappointed with the changes to the parking arrangements. In the past, parking was free and convenient, but now it has become both costly and difficult to access. The added daily parking charges increase the overall expense of staying at the hotel, and the process of driving in and out can be quite frustrating.

I would like to suggest that greater attention be given to room supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance. While the staff are excellent and very professional, the rooms would benefit from more regular upkeep and replenishment of amenities. In addition, I recommend replacing or removing the carpets, as they appear very old and may not be the healthiest option for guests. Updating the flooring and improving overall room maintenance would significantly enhance the comfort and quality of the guest experience.
I am very disappointed with the service I received during check-in. We traveled from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and one of our guests had a valid visit visa. However, the manager Name ( chawla ) refused to allow us to check in and behaved in a very unprofessional manner.
The manager demanded a cash deposit and when i talk to the receptionist she called the manager and manager told her no i never say deposit,and saying if he want room we will give me if i will pay 200 otherwise he would not provide us with a room. His attitude was rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Instead of assisting guests professionally, he created unnecessary stress and confusion.
I expect hotel staff, especially managers, to treat guests with respect and provide clear information regarding hotel policies. Really disappointed and not recommending to anyone going there,
