This hotel used to be one of my favorite hotels in Dubai, but now I don’t know what is going on with the place…
Pros:

The room and housekeeper are so professional specially Sharon I call her Sharon solution because she always have solutions and she is always there when you need help, she is so nice and helpful. And Mohamed the security guy he’s so kind and very helpful too.

Cons:

The service, I really had a bad service this time … the owner of this hotel and the staff member have to do their best to make Hues the better place to be in Dubai like it was before.

Not recommended this place until the fix sounds
Pros:

I use to stay over 8 years in this hotel now its not anymore hotel its night club all bulding from down to up stairs every side is club and if they was protected the sound with some door or something was oki but its hard to sleep and very high sound from the nightclubs i think over 2 night clubs in the property bad experience i will never back there

I always stay here and generally good .
Pros:

Rooms are large and i always like it here . especially the reception staff always good . Location is good and can walk around to find indian food very near by.

Cons:

The carpets in the rooms can be changed or cleaned well . They provide just 2 small sachaes of coffee . When asked the room service lady was rude and said they can give only 2 . Crazy .
