There was no information at all about hotel facilities or restaurants in room.
Reception was a little disappointing no welcome, no asking your name,just you need to come back later. Both receptionists appeared to be more interested in chatting to someone they knew, possibly another member of staff who had finished a shift.Unfortunately first impressions have impacted my review. The location was not good if you intended visiting the castle on foot. However it was close to plenty of bars and restaurants and a mariner
