Incroyable
Pros:

Le personnel, la propreté et l’entretien de l'établissement, le restaurant, SHARONE au bar qui était top et super accueillante avec nous.
Cet hôtel mérite la 5eme étoile et ils vont y arriver c’est sûr !
Le lieu est incroyable !
Pour amélioré le côté luxe ++ peut être ajouter des peignoirs+ chaussons dans les chambre, un bar à la grande piscine et un restaurant à la carte. Mais même sans ça c’est déjà le kiff absolu. Nous reviendrons.

Eu gostei muito desse hotel, os funcionários são incríveis, sempre muito simpáticos… Masy, Fiderana, lilly Rose, Anisterance,Elodio, wilson, Nina,Chamsdine, Gerald,Tojo and everybody else made my staying impeccable! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Pros:

gros coup de cœur, la gentillesse du personnel mention spéciale à l'accueil pour Macy, les dirigeants, toujours un petit mot gentil, l'hôtel est incroyable avec ses jardins, ses vues, ses massages, je recommande vivement et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Pros:

La vue de la chambre et le confort était incroyable.
L’accueil et le personnel étaient parfaits et les espaces extérieurs magnifiques et très bien entretenus.
La formule all inclusive était tout à fait à la hauteur.

Will recommend the resort to future guests
Pros:

Food and accommodation was excellent.
Resort facilities very nice.

English language and communicating was sometimes difficult.

Alles is verzorgd en hygiënisch de mensen zijn echt heel vriendelijk echt een top vakantie

Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd!
De manager Ivan regelt het per direct als je iets nodig hebt

Cons:

Echt het enige min puntje wat ik kan bedenken is dat een cappuccino niet bij de all in prijs zit

L’hôtel est très beau , les chambres très propres. Le personnel est très gentil. Béatrice et Ivan sont supers toujours présents pour vous aider. Je recommande cet établissement

Pros:

Le cadre est exceptionnel, les deux piscines sont magnifiques. La chambre offrait une vue imprenable sur la mer, elle était impeccable et la literie très confortable.

Cons:

Le buffet n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur du lieu (même s’il reste très grand et copieux). La salle, bien que dotée d’une vue sur la mer, est grande et sans charme.
Je trouve cela vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir un vrai restaurant..
