汚い

Aire acondicionado al prenderlo se veía la suciedad a tope, el baño puede mejorar bastante ya que la tasa no coincidía con la tapa inteligente y si hasta utilizarlo te daba desconfianza en que se rompiera; el agua al bañarte olía mucho a cloro, cero ventilación de la habitación (la única ventana no se podía abrir), el colchón de la cama súper viejo y duro.

Creo podrían mejorar bastante al invertirle en su mobiliario y mantenimiento.

エアコンも暖かい風が出ない上に音が大きく寝られない。
まさしく最悪のホテル。

清掃お願いしても、ベッドの下にゴミが溜まっていたりベッドメイクが適当だったりと、適切になされていない。

シャンプーやボディーソープの質も最悪。

二度と止まらない。

エアコンをつけるとカビの臭いがきつく動かせない。小蝿が室内飛んでいる。小さな虫がベッド上を這っている。で、高い。スタッフは外国人だが親切。

古いので仕方ないかな、という感じです。今回はただ泊まる場所があれば良かったのでそこまで不満はありませんでしたが、数日滞在するのは厳しいかもしれません。
ベッドのマットレスはクッション性がほとんどなくワイヤーが飛び出している部分もあり、腰が痛くなりました。トイレは後付けのウォシュレットが本体とだいぶズレていて便器に肌が触れそうでした。蛇口が完全には閉まらず、常に水滴が垂れていました。
とはいえテレビ、電子レンジは部屋にあるし、ドライヤーも冷蔵庫もあったので不便さはあまり感じませんでした。

全体的に不潔だった。

古くて全体的に清潔感がない。廊下の音が部屋に響く。

古い　コスパない

浴室裡有一種味道，好像發霉了，用氣味清新劑也去除不了，房間也比較舊的樣子，但附近很近千軑木車站（不是JR)，很方便，不過門口需要上下樓梯，如果抬很重行李會較不方便

谷中銀座に近い

部屋に着いたら清掃されておらず、
前宿泊者のゴミが散乱していた。
部屋は満室だったため同部屋に泊まることに
なったが、担当されたフロントの方から
明日責任者に対応させるとの事。
翌日フロントの方に話をしたら
『そうですか。すみません。』の一言。
残念すぎる宿泊地だった

部屋でなくしものをしたと思いますが、結局出てきませんでした。　残念です。

値段相応

一人で泊まることおすすめします。

It’s nice that they have rentable umbrellas for free. Check in was easy, key was easy to use.
Overall the room was pretty disappointing. The carpet smelled moldy, and when we turned the AC on it was very musty spelling. There were loud guests at 1 am that woke us up. The bed is pretty stiff and the fan in the bathroom doesn’t work well. But I liked the volume of the pillows, and I liked how the fridge actually works, the room came with two glasses in the fridge for drinks and a microwave. Didn’t come with womens amenities so I was disappointed. There was only one amenity and towel set so we had to ask the front for another one even though I checked in with another person.
Overall the smell was bothersome and it was too hot so I wouldn’t stay here again.

- I accidentally picked the 'smoking' room, but they changed me to non-smoking for free!
- I couldn't really figure out how to get room service (cleaning/etc)
- front-desk was hit-miss with English, but translation app worked well enough
- despite being on the 4th floor, this street is very quiet at night. Where-as in another city I stayed on the 8th floor, and it was noisier because the street

- a nice distance to Ueno park, and maybe 200m from Yanka Ginza shopping street. Get the Chestnut dessert, really good

The staff was great. The location in the heart of Nippori is great.

The facility, however, is old. The rooms are very small. The hallways stink of smoke. Some things in the room were broken, etc.

If you've done the youth hostel thing before it's OK, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family.
