The staff were friendly and helpful. The free ride to and from the airport was very helpful.

Cons:

Very small and cramped room. Room wasn't very clean. The key cards didn't work well and made it hard to get into room. You had to really shake, jiggle and fuss with them to get into the room. Breakfast didn't start till 7am. We had to leave early so didn't get any breakfast. Staff were friendly, but overall not a great deal. And there was no hot water in the shower. We ran the water and fussed with it for like 10 minutes. The location is crazy. Right off the main road, but you have to wind all over the place like you are chasing a rat around the city to actually get there.

Hospitality perlu ditingkatkan lagi
Pros:

Ada pengantaran dan penjemputan ke bandara untuk tamu hotel jadi fasilitas yg sangat baik karena tamu pasti tidak mau repot lagi

Cons:

Staf perempuan ramah staf laki-laki masih kurang ramah kecuali bagian penjemputan hospitality mereka sangat bagus

so near to airport hassle free if want to airport
i lovw the free shuttle

Cons:

not clean
the water pressure low
the leg bed not even and do have sound when u move
the room look old not as in the pictures shown in ads
the breakfast were totally can’t accept it, the fried mee were so dry, not hygiene and the didnt topup the bread
