Using hotel reservation provider to this hotel doesn't help much. You'll be asked to make payment before check in. What a wasting process in this era.
Will never go back and make any reservation on this hotel anymore.
Nice views from the hotel of surrounding mountains. Lush gardens with large pool. The room was large, lots of room for our many luggage. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed. The reception staff at the hotel very helpful. About 10 minutes walk to one of the malls
Nothing to dislike, if I was being picky, I would suggest update the gym equipment

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Hotel provided free transport to nearby locations.
Breakfast buffet was mostly Indonesian food. Not many Western food options.
