Overall, a well-located hotel with excellent staff, but improvements in maintenance and upkeep are needed to meet expect
Pros:

The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to taxis and plenty of restaurants and hawker options nearby to enjoy.

The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. Bandung is such a friendly town. Special thanks to Lala and Salma — you both were fantastic! Wishing you continued success in your hospitality careers

Cons:

That said, the property would benefit from some refurbishment. It could use a fresh coat of paint and a thorough deep cleaning throughout. This is something the ownership should address promptly. In my room, there were black marks on the ceiling, which could potentially be mold — a concern that should not be overlooked from a health and safety perspective.

Additionally, the corridor acoustics are quite poor, with noticeable echoing noise. Adding soft furnishings or carpeting in the hallways could help reduce the sound.

Horrible dirty hotel
Pros:

Nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons:

Water smells like sewage. Tiny dirty room with the basin in the room not in the bathroom. Noise from the street and from the reception area was a nightmare. Horrible experience and we left within an hour from check in. Horrible hotel and definitely not recommended. Lots of better hotels for the same price. We lost our money for three nights but definitely happy to leave this dirty place.

Pros:

untuk fasilitas kamar sesuai dengan harga, the service was very good, check in handled with mba lala she is friendly and clearly explain, mostly all staff that i meet was so friendly, and aslo want to say thanks to mas irfan.

Strategis dan ramah
Pros:

Keramahan satpam terutama yg malam jd gampang parkir. Semua karyawan ramah dan membantu. Lokasi premium bisa jalan kaki ke Heritage dan Kuliner terkenal.
Ada dispenser di lorong, air panas lancar. Senang sekali utk kembali lg.

Cons:

Kamar std kecil sekali tp sesuai harga, sarapan std tp cukup utk kelasnya.
