Fijn hotel op fijne locatie
Pros:

Dit is mijn 3e keer in het hotel. De ligging is fijn. Dicht bij het Yumbo centrum waar het uitgaansleven bevindt.
De service van het hotel is goed. Door onvoorziene omstandigheden waar het personeel van op de hoogte is moest ik midden in de nacht mijn kamer op de laatste nacht verlaten. Ik kreeg direct een vervangende kamer en mocht die ook langer gebruiken dan de standaard uitcheck tijd zodat ik nog wat slaap kon krijgen.

Pros:

Ottima la posizione e il servizio taxi sotto l albergo. Colazione internazionale abbondante e ricca. Struttura in parte risistemata (spazi comuni) mentre le stanze sono un po' "superate". Comunque accogliente e ben tenuta. Presente condizionatore. Ok zona piscina e ristorante. Assolutamente apprezzabile la scelta di essere riservato solo adulti.

El bufet de desayuno muy bien ,pero lo bueno del servatur es el trato con el personal son encantadores y amables la ubicación muy buena todo para mí esta bien

Very easy to communicate with as they all spoke English

Cons:

The only negative was the lack of information regarding the popes visit , information was not given far enough in advance so it made it very difficult to get transport to the airport, regarding road closure and transport.

Excelente localização, boa comida e atendimento

Do atendimento das equipas. Cheguei por volta da 12h00 e houve a possibilidade de me darem o quarto, sabemos que nem sempre é possível mas agradeço bastante porque como tinha viajado muito cedo fez a diferença. A comida é boa, os serviços gerais também, a localização, as camas. Mas acho que o destaque está na equipa. Nota-se que há gosto no atendimento e na atenção que é dada aos clientes.
